Zoe's past is more painful then Ezekiel's because she have experienced things that Ezekiel haven't experienced. Like he said before she wonders why he wanted her because she doesn't have a body, so she's used to guys using her just for sex & not actually wanting her for her. So Ezekiel was trying to break her out of that state of mind it was quite difficult because that is what she is used to, & it isn't fair to him because since she used to dealing with no good guys Ezekiel was the good one & she fell for him then became exhausted & later left, because she doesn't know how to treat someone that actually wants to do right by her. She say she misses him, but do she really ? He thought if she really did she would keep in contact with him & check on him to make sure he is ok. Ezekiel haven't been happy ever since she left, Zoe left a huge mark that cannot be removed in a couple of months. He wish it was a way for him to stop thinking about her, whenever he is alone in his room he just stares out the window & just give the past all of his attention. As he is looking out the window he talks to himself saying why? Did she mean everything that she said to him ? Or was it all a lie. It seems as if she run away from her mistakes instead of facing them, she say she doesn't have any friends & that she barely talk to people, but now he knows that everything was just fictional.
