He opens his eyes in which he think is reality & finds Mona on top of him breathing vindictively & has blood all over her face. Mona had perception in her eyes like Ezekiel had done something wrong, Mona has resurrected from the grave back into Ezekiel's life but she no longer cares about him. She had a chip in her brain that controls her emotions towards Ezekiel & he can clearly see that Mona has a serious defect in her system. Ezekiel said earlier that he was over Mona & he meant it but since she jumped back into his life he is 2nd guessing himself about being over her. He asked Mona why is she looking at him like that, she begins to growl & frown up even more. Ezekiel shivering trying to figure out what to do, Mona says because of Vicki, Ezekiel blinks a couple times to try to process what was being said to him. Mona said your picking Vicki over me huh?, Ezekiel heart drops to his toes & he begins to break down the entire story to her but Mona doesn't want to listen. So she begins to strike Ezekiel in his face with her electromagnets & he starts losing brain cells, Mona has X-ray vision so she can identify what system is being affected, she noticed that he has neurological complications. His brain isn't getting enough oxygen & this is caused by a blockage of blood flow or rupture of an artery to the brain, when recovered Ezekiel will be a bit off balanced.
