Nadia POV
I laughed silently watching Hollis play with a ball of yarn. He sounded like a kitten hugging it.
"This one is so soft!" he smiled with his innocent eyes.
I couldn't help it to to hug him tightly. "You are so cute!" I squealed.
He smiled hugging me back.
"So our younger selves are kicking in....we need to finish this quest before the spell becomes stronger because Hollis is already acting like some kitten and Blaire is some crybaby" Jayson sighed.
"It's nice seeing our friends how they were when they were kids" I smiled.
"Not," he glared at me. He looked around Zabrina's living room ceiling, "I don't want my younger self kicking in" he mumbled.
"Why?" I smiled nervously.
"Tst....too many questions" he rolled his eyes.
"I only asked one" I sighed.
We looked at the other teammates sleeping. Elisa was stucking her finger and Karma was hugging her tail.
"Awe!" I squealed.
Hollis shook his head trying to get back to his old self, "What happened?" he smiled nervously.
"You acted like some kitten" Jayson sighed.
"Oh...." Hollis laughed nervously.
"So....that's how the Koneko tribe children are huh?" I smirked.
"Yea....you would only be able to talk when you reach 7 years old unlike you able to talk like at 2 years old" he sighed.
"Cute" I laughed.
He blushed extremely not looking at me. Jayson laughed silently looking at his expression.
"Guys!" Hollis wined.
I looked at the night sky through the window, "We need something to eat" I sighed after hearing my stomach growling.
"Count on me for that!" he smiled proudly. He flipped his short hair and laughed proudly with his hands on his sides.
"What you can do anyway?" Jayson folded his arms.
"I can hunt of course," Hollis smiled with sharp teeth I never seen before, "Not gonna brag but my village named the Fearless Hunter" his eyes shun.
"Hollis be careful okay" I bit my nails.
"Yeah!" he smiled, running outside really fast.
"I have my bets he isn't coming back" Jayson said while he controlled some metal objects in circles.
"That's not nice Jayson," I folded my arms, "Say sorry" I smirked.
"Sorry" he sounded younger. His younger self is kicking in!
This is my chance! I could see a side of Jayson I have never seen. He is always pissed off and a hot head maybe I'll-
"You look pretty" he smiled.
"Huh?" I smiled nervously.
"Mommy really likes when I'm nice to lower class people" he went closer to me. "I love your eyes" he giggled.
"Come on Jayson, I'm shipping you with Blaire not me" I laughed nervously.
"Why...not...you?" he smirked.
"So younger Jayson is a player" I sighed.
He kissed me on my forehead. "Nadia you are so-"
"Don't do that!" Hollis screamed, hitting him with a raw fish.
"That hurts!" Jayson said angrily. He looked at the position he was in front if me, "Great, my younger self was revealed" he sighed.
"Why were you doing that with Nadia?!" Hollis pouted, pointing at me.
"Stop acting like some kid, and she's okay anyway why would you care if someone made a move on her" Jayson shook his head.
Hollis smiled weirdly blushing extremely. I placed my hand on his shoulder. "I'm okay" I smiled softly.
"Are you sure? No bruises...nothing?" he held my hands.
"Hollis you are acting weird today" I said, looking at him worriedly.
"Oh, look I caught fishes!" I smiled weirdly, showing us some fishes he caught in a basket.
"Finally, the slave is at use" Jayson chuckled.
"And, I caught come blueberries" Hollis smiled proudly.
"Now we won't starve!" my eyes sparkled.
We went outside with the fishes and Jayson made an iron small table.
"Watch this" I smirked as fire surrounded my hands. I watched as the fire burned the fishes.
"I want mine raw so" Hollis smiled nervously.
"Disgusting" Jayson pretended to vomit.
Time skipped....
"That was so good!" I smiled patting my stomach.
Julee woke up rubbing her tired eyes. "Food!" she screamed looking at the cooked fishes. She looked at Hollis eating a raw fish. "Hollis acting like a cat!" she hugged herself.
"Please stop" he sighed.
I chuckled, cleaning the fishbones. "I'll...take that" he smiled nervously taking the bones from me.
"Um....Hollis" I said.
"Yeah?" he turned around facing me.
"Thanks for the fishes and blueberries" I smiled softly.
"No...problem" he blushed, biting his lower lip.
I kissed him on his cheek and went to Zabrina in her bedroom. The house was dark and quite. I heard whispers of different voices then saw weird shadows.
"Zabrina?"
I turned my eyes at her laying in her bed. She looked depressed and had red eyes.
"Oh...no, where is that monster" I spoke softly.
"Thanks for joining us" a man said, touching my shoulder. I fell to my knees and stared at him as he took out some energy out of Zabrina. "Dreams....are so useful" he chuckled.
"Stop doing tha!t" I felt energy coming out of my body.
"Poor child" he smirked, "I don't need your dreams anymore" he flew out the window.
I struggled trying to call my friends and to stand on my feet. Zabrina's mirror showed a reflection of me having red eyes.
"Crap...." I mumbled.
