A Close Call

"Jimin's POV"

When we had just a few min. left in class before we had to leave. So far Hyuna and Rachel haven't approached me....yet. The teacher called everyone's attention just before the class ended for a very important announcement.  He then announced that we had to do a project that would be due on Monday. But there was one problem, we had to work as pairs. I knew immediately that Hyuna was gonna pull something....and she did. Hyuna ended up raising her hand and said that she wanted to be my partner.

"Oh, I see that Jimin doesn't have a partner... do you think he can be mine Mr. Lee" said Hyuna.

Luckily the teacher said no and made her stay with Rachael.

"Well Jimin you can choose to work by yourself since Y/N is absent or you can work with someone else.....if you want." Said Mr. Lee. 

Jungkook then quickly raised his hand and said, "Jimin can work with us if he wants....I mean were always over at his house and Y/N is his neighbor, she can probably help out if she feels better over the weekend."

We looked at the teacher hoping he would say yes to JungKook's idea, and  he shockingly nodded his head and agreed to the idea. The three of us high fived each other as I let out a sigh of relief. I looked around the class and noticed Hyuna infuriated. Looks like she's still gonna have to work with Rachael whether she wants to or not.

Then the bell rang and we quickly left the classroom before Hyuna and Rachel even noticed.

After we met up outside some members got in the car that Y/N let me borrow and some got in Jin's car. We quickly drove to the store and got off to buy some ingredients that we needed for the soup. We went back to Y/N's house and Jin helped me make the soup.  When we arrived we noticed that she was on her phone talking to someone very familiar that we haven't seen in a while.
