Chapter 41

Isabellas POV

I woke up and the bed was soaked.

"ETHAN I THINK MY WATER BROKE." I started freaking out. He came out of the bathroom panicking as well.

"It's ok baby just breathe. I'll go tell my parents to start the car." Ethan said running to his parents room. I quickly got my hospital bag and got an outfit out for Ethan. He quickly came back and put on the outfit I got for him. He then helped me walk to the car. Ethan's parents sat in the front and we sat in the back.

"Just keep breathing baby." Ethan said comforting me. I was holding his hand and my grip was getting tighter and tighter as we went. When we got to the hospital I couldn't walk. This was all happening too fast. Ethan had to carry me bridal style into the hospital. They then put me in a wheel chair and put me in a room. They hooked me up to the machine and gave me all the medicines. The pain was getting worse and worse.

"Ethan it hurts." I managed to say.

"It's ok baby you can do this." Ethan said kissing my forehead. After what felt like years the doctors finally came in and told me to start pushing.

"You're doing great baby." At this point he had finger nail marks in his hand from me. I heard the first baby crying.

"The first baby is a girl." The doctor said. After about 15 minutes the other baby came.

"The second baby is a boy. Do you want to cut off the umbilical cord?" The doctor asked Ethan. Ethan nodded. He cut it off and then the doctor handed the baby to the nurse. He then walked over to the babies to see if they were healthy.

"You did babe. Good job." Ethan said kissing my hand.

"Congratulations it's looks like both of your babies are healthy. Do you want to hold them." The doctor said. Ethan and I both looked at each other, smiled and then nodded our heads. I got to hold grant and Ethan got to hold bailey.

"They're beautiful." I said tapping grant on the nose.

"I know." Ethan said smiling down at bailey. His eyes were full of love.

Ethan's POV

I never thought that I would be in love with something so much. They're both just so beautiful.

"I'm gonna protect and love you no matter what, I promise." I said kissing bailey on the forehead.

Isabellas POV

When Ethan said those thing to Bella my eyes started watering. They were so cute.

"Do you want to hold Grant now?" I asked him. He didn't hear me because he was still in a daze with bailey. I think he's going to pay a little more attention to her that Grant.

"Ethan." I snapped my finger."

"What oh yea sure." He said shaking his head. He walked over to the gross hospital bed and we switched. They were both so delicate and precious.

"Hi baby girl." I said while kissing her forehead. She yawned. We took bottles and we were feeding them. Ethan offered to feed bailey.

"I'm gonna make sure no boys get around you." Ethan said bottle feeding bailey.

"Oh my god babe you already sound like a dad." I said laughing.

"Well I got to start practicing." He laughed back. The nurse came back in to take the babies for more testing, just to make sure there's nothing wrong with them. I can't wait to get home so everyone can meet them.
