Chapter 36

Isabellas POV

Years later

I'm now graduating high school. I put on my robe and went to where the ceremony would be. I've been having really bad stomach aches but I've just ignored it. It's probably just my period coming in.

"Bella Dawson" my name was called up to collect my certificate. Everyone was cheering gray, Mary, and Ethan were in the audience cheering their heads off, I just laughed to myself. I then waited for everyone to get called up and then we left. Ethan gave me a huge kiss and hug. We then took what seemed like a million pictures. We went back to the apartment and I started throwing up. Mary was  holding up my hair.

"You'll be alright don't worry." She said. I just kept throwing up.

"Ugh my stomach hurts." I said wiping my mouth. Ethan walked in.

"Oh my god Bella let's take you to the doctors." Ethan said. I shook my head no but he picked me up and brought me to the car.

At the doctors office Ethan was holding my hand the whole time.

"So what have you been feeling ms Dawson." The nurse said holding a clipboard and pen.

"I've been having really bad stomach aches but I think it's just my period coming in and I've been throwing up today." She didn't respond she just wrote down a lot of stuff. They then took a lot of tests. They drew blood which was scary. Ethan held my hand and kissed my forehead. The doctor left to analyze the tests.

"Ethan I'm so nervous." I held his hand tighter.

"Everything will be ok I promise." He said kissing my cheek. That reminds me of how my dad used to say that. For my birthday Ethan got me a teddy bear with a heart that said everything will be ok I promise. It was the cutest thing ever I cried. The doctor came in and my grip became tighter.

"Congratulations you guys are expecting." Ethan and I just looked at each other in shock.

"I'll leave you guys alone." The doctor said then left.

"Oh my god I'm gonna be a dad!" Ethan said with excitement. He kissed my lips and hugged me. I still had to process this.

"Bella why aren't you happy." He said with his excitement going down.

"No I am it's just don't you think we're too young. I'm only 17, I don't think I'm ready."

"It'll be fine. I'll stick by with you through all of this." That comforted me. I gave him another kiss and we left. We went back to the apartment. Mary and gray were sitting on the couch.

"So what wrong." Gray said.

"I don't how to tell you this but..." Ethan said in a sad voice to trick them.

"WE'RE GONNA BE PARENTS." Ethan shouted with joy. Grayson then got up and hugged us.

"Oh my god I'm gonna be an uncle. Im gonna be an uncle." Gray kept repeating to himself and smiling. Mary also hugged us and congratulated us. Ethan and I went back to our room and we FaceTimed his mom.

"Hey mom guess what." Ethan said. His mothers face became worried. I rubbed Ethan's back he looked nervous.

"What is it. Is it something bad."

"You're becoming a grandmother!" Ethan said with happiness again.

"Eeeeek." She squealed with excitement. "Is this true Bella."

"Yes it is." I nod my head and smile. She congratulated us and kept on squealing she then went to go tell Ethan's Dad. Ethan hugged me and kissed me.

"I'm so excited for this."

"Me too." I smile.

"Goodnight beautiful." He kissed me.

"Goodnight baby." He kissed my belly.

"Goodnight babe." I turned off the lights.
