Chapter 42

Isabellas POV

Few days later

Today is the day I'm finally going home with my babies. Ethan went back home to bring me a fresh outfit to where. I put it on and it looked pretty good. It actually matched.

"Good job babe on picking the outfit, it actually looks good." I said giggling. He just rolled his eyes and laughed.

After a few hours we were allowed to leave. The doctor told me to take it easy for awhile. I got in the car and Ethan buckled in the babies.

"All set." Ethan said buckling his seatbelt.

"Are you sure? I don't want one of them to just fly around." I laughed.

"Yes I'm sure." He laughed and kissed my cheek.

When we got home everyone was waiting in our living room to meet them. I opened the door and there stood gray, Mary, Cameron, and Ethan's mom and dad. They all greeted me. Then Ethan came in with both the babies. Everyone practically squealed when seeing them.

"Ooo I want to hold them first." Gray said pushing Cameron out of the way.

"What no." Cameron said pushing back.

"Um last time I checked one of those babies isn't named after you." Gray said. It made me laugh that they were arguing.

Ethan's POV

"Ok bro sit down and be very careful." I told him handing him bailey.

"Hey bailey you're named after me. Aww you're so cute". He said.

"Dude that gonna be you one day." I said. Gray gave me the look that said that he had to tell me something. I quickly took bailey and handed her to Cameron. I pulled gray into my room.

"Dude what's wrong?" I asked sitting on my bed.

"Nothing." He said looking away from me.

"I know you're lying for real what's wrong." I said asking him again. He sat next to me and his eyes started to water.

"It's just that Mary is pregnant and I don't think I'm ready." I stood there shocked. I took him into a hug.

"It's ok bro I felt the same way, but once you feel you're babies kicking or hearing their heart beat and even holding them for the first time is the best feeling in the world." I said.

"Really?"

"Yea all you're problems go away when you actually hold them. I never thought I'd love something as much as I love them."

"Thanks bro". He took me into a hug.

"Am I the first one to know?" I asked.

"Yup. I don't want to tell anyone now because you know you just had kids and I don't want to make things more stressed for mom or anyone."

"It's ok. If I was you I'd just take it off my chest and tell them now. Wait are you positive shes pregnant."

"Yea we took her to the doctors yesterday."

"Oh hey bailey and grant will have a friend." I laughed trying to enlighten the mood.

"Yea." He fake laughed and looked down.

"Hey just do whatever you think is right." I said. He nodded his head and we both went back to the living room where everyone was still admiring the twins.

Grayson's POV

Ethan was right, I should just get off my chest now. I pulled Mary into another room.

"What's up babe." She said.

"I think we should tell them." I said scratching the back of my head.

"But I don't want to make it more difficult fore everyone you Bella and Ethan just had ki-"

"I know but it'd be better off to to just get off our chest." I cut her off.

"Yea you're right." She nodded. I took her hand and we walked in.

"I have to tell you guys something, well we have to tell you something." I said grabbing everyone attention.

"I-I'm pregnant." Mary said grabbing my hand harder. Everyone started cheering and congratulating us.

"We're going to be grandparents again." My mom said fake fainting into my dads arms. At the end of the day I'm glad I got that off my chest. Everyone seemed happy. But I still don't think I'm ready. Ethan was so excited when he found out he was gonna be a dad. I'm happy but on the other hand I'm also worried. I'm still a kid and I don't know what to do. I took a quick shower to clear my mind. I went back to my room and saw Mary peacefully sleeping. I cuddled up next to her and whispered "I'm sorry" in her ear.
