Chapter 11

Isabellas POV

I was about to sleep when I heard a knock on the door. The only person I can think of it being are my parents. I opened the door expecting it to be my parents.

It was Ethan.

He looked so tired.

"Ethan what are you doing here it's almost 3 in the morning."

"I'm sorry I couldn't stop thinking about you. I just needed to see you." I was in shock. He picked me up and started kissing me. This boy. I think I love him. But we're not even dating. I pulled away.

"Ethan if you really like me why haven't you asked me out yet" he didn't answer for a while.

"Soon" he whispered. He kissed me one more time. "Goodnight" he said leaving the room. I'm still in shock. I woke up Amber to tell her everything.

"Amber wake up" I said shaking her. She woke up quickly. She started laughing.

"Why are you laughing?" I asked confused.

"I heard everything" she said smiling.

"Well that saves me time" I laughed and went to bed. Ok now I can finally admit it. I love this boy.

Ethan's POV

I can't believe I just did that. She asked why I haven't ask her out yet. I didn't want to tell her about how I'm waiting for New Years. So I just said soon. I really do love her. I just can't tell her yet. She might think I'm crazy because we're not even dating. I decided to go on twitter and ask my fans.

Is it possible to fall in love with someone a few days after you met them?

I posted it on twitter. Most people were saying positive stuff. They were saying stuff like..

Yes of course it is.
It's called love at first sight.
Of course it happens all the time.

I smiled and went to bed.

Isabellas POV

The last few days on the island I spent them with Ethan. He still hasn't asked me out which makes upset. I know he will though. Soon. I kept playing that word over and over in my mind.

December 30

Our last day on the island. I'm sad because it's gorgeous here. I'm at the beach with Amber.

"I don't want to leave" Amber says staring at the ocean.

"Me neither" I said also staring at the ocean.

"Me three" a voice says from behind. It's Grayson. He hugs and kisses Amber.

"Where's E" I asked him. Next thing you know I'm in the arms of a person.

"Here I am" he whispers.

"Hi E" I kiss his cheek.

"It's our last day what do you guys want to do" Amber asks us.

"Everything" I say.

We spent a few hours at the beach. Then we watched a movie. We went to go eat. Then we ended the day off with performances at the beach. There were people dancing and singing. Everyone was having a good time. Almost everyone left. We started a bonfire at the beach. The people that worked there let us. I was cuddling next to Ethan. Amber was cuddling with gray.

"I'm going to miss you once we leave" I tell Ethan laying my head on his shoulder.

"Don't say that" he said in a sad voice.

"Why not its true"

"We still have a few days"

He's right. He's not going to ask me out. What's the point. I let out a tear.

"Aw don't cry it'll be alright" he said wiping my tear. I cuddled him more.

"We should sing a song" I've always had a passion for singing. I'm actually really good at it. I've had a few solo parts in my school choir.

"No one else can sing here but you" Amber said laughing.

"Yea you're right" I said sticking my tongue out at her.

"You can sing?" Ethan asks surprised.

"Yea I'm really good at it"

"You should sing something"

"No I don't really do good under pressure maybe some other time" I told him. I don't want to sing in front of him. What if I mess up?

"Alright. We should probably head back now tomorrow is New Year's Eve. It'll be a big day." Ethan said getting up and winking at me.

"Yea you're right bro" Grayson said getting up as well. Ethan walks me back to my room. He's such a gentleman. I kissed his cheek and told him goodnight.

"Goodnight I'll see you tomorrow on the ship" he winks at me. I go in my room. Amber was freaking out. It looks like she's happy about something.

"What's wrong with you" I asked her.

"Ethan!!!" She exclaims.

"What about him?" I'm so confused.

"Did you not hear him? He said that it'll be a big day tomorrow. And he winked at you!!"

"Yea and?" I'm still very confused.

"What if he asks you out you idiot" she was so close to yelling.

"What's the point we only have a few days left" I sat down. Another tear came down my face.

"Don't cry. It'll just be a long distance relationship. Gray and I promised each other that we'll FaceTime everyday. We'll also go out to see each other whenever we can." She said trying to cheer me up.

"Yea but I don't know if I want that." I said wiping my tear.

"You'll be fine. Cmon let's to go to sleep you don't want to miss tomorrow." She gave me a little wink. I gave her a fake smile.

I went to bed. I cried softly. I'm a fool. I'm falling for a boy that I probably won't ever see again. I cried harder. I tried being quiet so Amber wouldn't hear me. I cried until I fell asleep.
