Red's POV
I stand on a battlefield in our nearby park, targets set up, obstacles set up; all that is remaining is a dark haired boy wearing a blue and white striped jacket, Ash. I wait on the bench nearby for him to arrive. The bench was dark brown, probably due to the rain that was pouring down, it had handles of colour green.
To pass the time I play a game on my phone, Mario run. I know I probably shouldn't though, apparently the ones who made it created Pokemon but that's foolish we all know magikarp did.
Ash's POV
I stay at home, slouching upside down a top my bed upside down. I gaze around my room, a broken mirror, a Nintendo switch, trampled clothes, torn wallpaper, smashed plates with food a top and a knife.
Thoughts race through my head, flashbacks dart into my mind and emotions return to my heart like boomerangs.
Red's POV
I wait at that battlefield all day for no ash to turn up, if blue weren't on vacation I would have seen her instead.
I call ash. I get no reply. I text him. No reply. I call once more...
No reply...
I decide to leave it for a while longer.
Calem's POV
After a date to the cinema were we watched Logan, serena paid for us both, including food, shes so generous.
Afterwards, I left serena alone to see my friends. I go to Tierno and Trevor and we immediately reach for the beer.
Serena's POV
Why didn't he tell me Logan would be so gruesome!? Why did he make me pay!? And why has he left me!?
(A/N: Logan is great but I won't spoil it so don't worry unless a review book would be a good idea)
I guess I could take advantage of his trust, but if I met ash it would be too deadly.
I phone dawn but hear a door slam open.
A girl with brown hair and Jean shorts comes through. It's Shauna.
"Shouldn't you be with Gary?" I ask
"Probably but I found out about calem so I've came to warn you." She says looking down "I l-love him I won't believe any thing you say" i say with a look of 'please help me'.
Shauna lifts her t-shirt off revealing a large scar just above her waist, and smaller ones surounding her stomach. She then pushes her left arm forward to show several move small scars.
I stand in shock, mouth open. "Me and calem dated for a while, here's my punishment for that large mistake."
I close my mouth and still stand with no eye contact nor words.
"I was too afraid to act out.
Phone dawn. I'll try and get close to him to keep you safe from him knowing about it. We can use dawn as a messenger." The brunette says, eyes closed, clearing looking back at past mistakes.
"But what about you. You could be put in harm's way once more" I speak out.
"I'd rather save someone else, besides it can't get worse for me."
The mature, darker plot is now in gear. Sorry that this is mostly consisting of characters thoughts/experiences since the battle. This Is quite lacking in content so I put it up early (even though this should have been up yesterday) .I might make another chapter for Friday but it depends on my other books if not, I'm going to be able to write alot more since school finishes friday.
I was going to do start this a while a go but never did so here's just a couple of honourbale mentions.
