"Sir, delivering the baby through a C- section before the nine month mark or her water breaks is extremely dangerous" Doctor Carson stated "Not only will the mother die, the child might die along with her"

"Shut up" Negan told him as he forced the pocket knife into my hand "just show her how to do it"

No, what was he thinking? Was he down right insane?  I couldn't risk hurting this child.

"Okay" Doctor Carson said as he sat down next to me

Doctor Carson set his gun on the ground by Theresa and got ready to show me what to do.

"Please don't do this" Theresa said crying her eyes out

I looked over at Tyler's corpse, the nerves in his hand were still working. I looked back over at Theresa, I couldn't do this to her.

"Simon, Gabriel" Negan said "Hold Theresa to the ground by her shoulders"

"Please!!!" Theresa screamed out as she she was forced to the ground

"Matt, Luke" Negan stated "Make sure Pierce doesn't try anything"

Two men walked over and grabbed Pierce by his arms so he didn't do anything.

Doctor Carson lifted up her shirt enough so I could see her stomach.

He started giving me directions on where to cut, but I couldn't focus.

How could I let this happen? Why didn't I fight harder for Tyler? Why didn't I just let him kill me?

"Hurry up!" Negan slightly yelled

"Clementine please don't" Theresa said

I wasn't going to, I couldn't. I couldn't risk that poor child's life.

"Cut her damn stomach!" Negan yelled to me

I sat there refusing, crying and shaking.

"For fucks sake" Negan said "Break the boys arm"

"What no don-" I began to say before one of the men who were holding Pierce snapped his arm.

"Owww Fuckkk" Pierce screamed out in pain

Guilt rushed over me.

"Aim your gun at his head" Negan stated to one of them men "Simon aim your gun at Theresa's"

The men followed the order aimed the guns.

"Your choice Clementine" Negan said "You can have the death of three people on your hands or just one"

Oh my god... I can't do this... I can't.

"Clem" Theresa said between the tears "Save the baby"

I was shaking so bad as I put the knife up to Theresa's stomach.

"On the count of three" Doctor Carson said

"Okay" I whispered As I got ready to cut into her stomach

"One..... Two....." Doctor Carson began "Thre-"

"Stop!" Negan yelled

I let out a sigh of relief, I was on the verge of stabbing Theresa.

"Oh my god" I whispered as my heart started racing

"Let them go boys" Negan ordered his men "You are my property now Clementine!"

I tried to catch my breath between the panic attack and the tears.

As soon as the men walked away from Theresa, she sat up as fast as she could and grabbed Doctor Carsons gun that he had laid down.
