*Lillia’s POV*
I crammed into the car and waited as Alex made his way over to the driver’s side. The fans pressed up against the glass shouting profanities my way. The muffled screams turned louder and then dimmed again as Alex crawled in and shut the door. “I am so sorry. I have no idea how they knew where we were.” His eyes begged for forgiveness he already had, and I smiled at him reassuringly. “It’s okay. Y’know today some of your fans caught me in a shop, and they were very nice.” He shrugged. “Some will like you, and some won’t. I can’t control their opinions, and they can’t control my dating life. That’s how it’s always been.” He looked at me for a moment before shyly leaning in to kiss me again.
*Alex’s POV*
I smiled as I pulled away from the kiss. I knew we were together now, and I was so happy to have her back. We drove quietly back to my flat, smiles glowing on both our faces. All I could think was that I loved her. I loved her, and I never wanted to let her go. Never again would I let her be with anyone but me. She was mine. Mine. The more I repeated the word the more foreign it seemed in my mind. How long had it been since I had wanted someone like this? It felt like forever, and yet I knew it had never stopped. I had always wanted her, always craved her presence, and now I felt complete with her finally here with me.
“She has no idea how much I need her.” I thought as we pulled up to the flat.
*Lillia’s POV*
I felt his hand lace through mine as we climbed the stairs to his door. He rang the doorbell and smiled at me, his eyes gleaming. I hadn’t seen the rest of the boys in so long, and I had no idea how they would react to seeing me. The door pulled open, and there were Jamie and Matt with two other boys coming up behind them. “Lillia! Hey!” Jamie pulled me from Alex and hugged me. He let go, and I was immediately pulled in to another hug from Matt. Their grip was tight, and felt friendly like they always had. I turned to the two boys behind them. “Hi, I don’t think we’ve met yet. I’m Lillia.”
*Alex’s POV*
They smiled at her before giving a small, friendly smirk to me. I could tell they liked her already. “I’m Nick, and this is Miles. He’s not a part of the band, but he’s amazing.” Miles shrugged. “What can I say? They love me.” I knew this was going to be a fun night from that point on. “Well, we’ve just been bombarded by some not-so-friendly fans, so we were just looking to relax. Wanna watch a movie with us, boys?” They all agreed, and we made our way inside. Miles pulled me back as Lillia followed the others to choose a movie. “You’ve really picked a good one.” He said. “I can tell she’s good for you. Don’t let her go.”
“Don’t worry,” I smiled. “I don’t plan on it.” He pat me on the back and we went to join the others.
