Hello people of the internet.
First of all, and most importantly, we would both like to apologize for the monster that we have set loose on the internet world. It would be an understatement to say that I die of cringeying ever time I think about trying to read this 'story' and I am sorry for making you all go through the pain of reading this story. We started writing this story when we were 15 years old (yes I am using my age as an excuse for why the lot line is so bad- oh sorry, there is no clear plot line) and we had just found Wattpad. So as writing enthusiasts we started uploading chapters with an unclear plot line in our minds (it changed as we kept writing). As a wiser 19 year old I now believe that being allowed to post anything at that age should be illegal.
Looking back at the story I can't help but cry at most of the of the dialogue, the writing, the plot line and- erm everything really except for a few vaguely funny scenes. And yet however much I hate reading the first few chapters, this story still holds a special part in both our hearts. And however much I want to stab myself with a blunt pencil when reading the chapters we published, I can't help but feel a little sense of guilty pride. People actually decided to click on the story and read on! We can't kill off our story! That would be like asking a parent to murder their first child even if it was a monster/ demon hybrid baby.
So you must be wondering what this update is even about. Surely it isn't only for us to complain about our monstrous story baby! I'll say it simply. Yes, we will be updating Forced Vows. However, that will be after we've started editing everything from the beginning. So for those of you who have seen this update and are wondering what the heck this story was about and why you chose to read it, it would be a good idea to start again because we are going to be making some major changes. The main 'plot line' will stay similar and so will the characters, some character names will change but overall hopefully it will be better. It should be hard to make the story worse... *bitter mumbling*
Wer'e not going to update after we've edited everything so hopefully a new chapter will be up before next year (ahahhaha *continues bitter mumbling*) Thank you all for reading! You all deserve a digital buffet for still being here. And apologies for not updating sooner. We underestimated how busy we would be in our gap year with all the uni stuff/ volunteering/ learning how to relax that we are doing.
