"Stop it, that tickles" I giggled half awake,
"Stop" I continued,
"Stop it!"
"No seriously stop!"
I woke up fully with a jerk when I realised I didn't in fact know what in God's name was tickling my feet.
I looked down on my bed to find Gracie licking my feet and then looked back up when I saw Noah snickering at the doorway,
"A wild Alex has appeared",
"Shut up" was all I said before turning the other way and pulling the blanket over my head to block out the sunlight hissing at it before returning to my cave of despair.
Suddenly the blanket was violently ripped off me and I was left shivering in nothing but a tank top and shorts,
"Get up, you have school"
"But I got here just yesterday"
"But you have school"
"But I don't want to go"
"What are you? Five? Get up"
I turned around to face him,
"Don't you want to spend a day with your beloved sister who you haven't seen in years?"
"Nope, I rather not see your face in the morning, it's kind of hideous"
"How I missed you too dear brother" I deadpanned.
"Are you still ticklish?" he narrowed his eyes and my eyes widened,
"No"
"Good try",
Suddenly he lunged at me and began tickling me while I shrieked for him to stop,
"Okay-okay... I'm getting... up" I said in-between giggles,
"You better be ready in 30 minutes Mia's coming to pick you up- oh and" Noah he paused "brush your teeth, you have disgusting morning breath" he left shutting the door and waited for me to get ready.
I smelt my breath in my hand and shivered, yeah it was bad.
I groaned and shoved my face into the pillow once more before I begrudgingly got up and walked into the bathroom to get ready.
After brushing my teeth and finishing up a shower I began picking a casual outfit for today.
I threw on the first few things I saw in my suitcase, which I hate yet to unpack, which happened to be denim ripped skinny jeans and a grey cropped t-shirt paired with white converse. I applied my makeup essentials before I grabbed my bag, which I had packed last night with a few textbooks I needed for classes. Last but not least I slipped on my oval shaped silver locket, with a small coloured picture of my family inside, that I never left the house without, before walking down the stairs for breakfast.
