"Don't be a prick" is perhaps one of the most useful and awesome quotes of all time. Because everyone can use it at all times: on the internet, on the train, at home, with friends, with family... I could go on all day.
Being a prick is a world class talent of which all of us have seen at least once in our lives, right?
Like that one asshole of a judge who didn't let you win that one competition you entered... by every means, that's not me! I was the judge who wasn't allowed to judge the books of her friends, to avoid favouritism. Trust me, the only books I judged were one's I'd never seen.
Now to get back on track, I was saying how assholery- the art of being the hole in a rear end is just something to be celebrated. Nothing is greater than meeting these pessimistic pricks and how they shit all over your book because of that one kinda harsh comment you left behind.
Actually, the ones who tag to roast you are a lot worse. I'm sure fanfic writers have it worse (I'm still finding Naruto shipping wars, despite the fact that most ended with the manga), usually over characters and pairings.
Honestly, get over yourself. Stop being a prick, an asshole or whatever other words are under the sun. Be nice to people on this platform. You're not here to troll someone/a group of people, you're here to interact and to have fun.
It's people like this that make God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World seem like a farce. Not that I've done it myself or anything...
