Chapter 32

Title: His Sins

Lena was not surprised at learning that Alejandro was Enzo's brother, she actually suspected it when Natalie offered to help them and even more when she over heard them talking about the Family business and Enzo wasting money on whores and alcohol.

It was just a confirmation of such. Elena was not the only one and Alejandro was actually Antonio Santos. Easy guessing but what was Ale's end game and why had he agreed to help back. The brothers had a war going on and she was caught right in the middle of it.

Lena wanted just to get the truth out to the officers who were waiting for him outside the church. They had listened to his first confession and waited for the last one.

" Sorry to cut the reunion short but what of my daughter?" She directed the question to Enzo.

"Why dont you ask Alejandro, he seems to know everything" Enzo sneered and she looked at Alejandro but someone else answered.

"Alejandro had nothing to do with it and you know that Enzo." Elena stravos finally getting her opportunity to get a word in.

"I shall tell you Alexis, as much as i dont like you you deserve nothing but the truth."

The Night she disappeared

Melody was in the couch crying her eyes out, her mother the only one she knew very much in this world and loved was missing.

But she supposed she had her new family and they would take care of her. Her mother trusted them after all, She looked up when she heard the door to the living room open.

She saw her new papa coming into the room with a lady that was crying and begging him about something. Melody ran up to her new papa and the lady as tears began to flow.

My darling her papa addressed her your mother is dead.

He then took her hand and carried her to the garden where she heard the cries of  the lady begging him not to do it but he pushed her off him and revealed a gun.

That bitch brought you to my house and claimed i got her pregnant. He said to Melody.

Melody got scared, this was not the man who hugged her earlier telling her he was her new papa. This was someone different. He was evil.

The lady still cried Dont do it, she is just a child, innocent to her mother's lies, please

She begged for the child's life but he was to ignorant. Please Elena shut the fuck up.

Placed his hand on the trigger and a single shot was fired right through the little girl's heart. When Enzo looked up he saw the horror in his brother's eyes.

Alejandro ran off and knew what he had to do, he disliked his brother now even more, how could could he take the life of an innocent.

*Present Day*

"I watched as his men took the body away but before they burned it i took a sample of the blood and carried it to the lab down in Carenburg for testing along with a piece of Enzo's hair." Elena stated as tears fell out of her eyes.

"Melody is your daughter and there is no way to deny it," She spoke directing it at Enzo "Alexis didn't lie"she cried and cried.

"Your a sick bastard Enzo,you killed your own daughter."

That was it, Alexis couldnt bear to listen anymore she held on the Alejandro's shirt and wept as the tears she held in for years nestled perfectly on her cheeks.
