a/n: last long chapter for the book. the next one will be the epilogue. i'm kinda happy and disappointed in myself for writing this book in what feels like 2 seconds but oh well. i just gotta get my butt to work and finish my other two books and then I can goof off. enjoy. lots of love, ash ❤️❤️

The night is calm as we chug along on the a Circle line. New York City looks glamorous as I lean my head into Johnny's chest. The cool breeze blows my hair slightly as I hold the rail to the deck. We hadn't even joined the party since we got on the boat but we had heard the talking and laughter surrounded by music inside.

"You're beautiful" I look up as the oceans of his eyes meet mine. I smile slightly as he leans down and kisses me. I smile slightly kissing him once more.

"I don't think I'm ever gonna get used to that" I heard Ben grumble from the door of the deck and I chuckled as we both turned to him.

"Come inside before you miss the party. Besides I heard there is a surprise for you" he said and I pointed to me as he nodded, I shrugged and walked in my arms still wrapped around Johnny. A party is defiantly in progress. There is drinks, food, music, and familiar faces everywhere.

"Hey Emma, come with me. I got a surprise" Lawrence appeared out of no where. He pulled me from Johnny's grip as he tugged me through the boat. I looked back at Johnny who shrugged and followed us along with Reed, Sue, Luke, Ben, and Bens new girlfriend Alicia. As we broke through a crowd a tall boy stood there his hands slung in the pockets of his blue hoodie. He smiled lightly as Lawrence pulled me into view.

"Lawrence what's this?" I looked to the boy who only held a proud smile.

"Emma you remember Jake" my hands flung to my mouth. I stepped towards him slightly. He was so much taller now.

"Look at you" he chuckled a small tear slipping down his cheek.

"You're so grown up now" I held his face in my hands his hazel eyes mirroring mine. He was the only one of us to receive our Moms light brown hair where both me and Lawrence had a darker shade but as soon as you saw his eyes they were exactly like mine.

"Can I hug you?" I asked and he nodded and it took seconds to pull him into my arms. My little brother. As I pulled away I looked to Lawrence.

"Lawrence, thank you so much" I said but he shook his head.

"Don't thank me. Johnny was the one who found him. He wanted to do something nice for you" he said and I smiled turning to Johnny who didn't hide the fact he was the one to do this grand gesture.

"A that's why you were talking to my brother?" I asked and he nodded smiling.

"Since I'm constantly getting on your nerves and you put up with it I thought I'd do something nice so I got my buddy who works with the NYPD and we tracked him down" I let go of my younger brother for a second moving to hug Johnny.

"Thank you Johnny" I said smiling at him and he nodded.

"My two brothers" I pulled Lawrence towards me as we all hugged each other. We were all crying and I didn't want to let go of Jake.

"You were right Emma. We may not get to do over our past but it all will turn out right in the end" Ben said and I watched him pull Alicia into his side a smile evident on his face.

"Okay let's get this party started!" Alicia exclaimed clapping and we laughed.

"Sue wanna help me with some drinks?" Alicia asked and Sue quickly replied yes walking towards the bar with her. I finally let go of Lawrence and Jake and the similarities between the two of them was amazing. Reed wrapped his arm around my shoulder kissing my forehead.
