(3rd person pov)
After a greeting by a terrified Chopper, an eager Hera piloted the Ghost into Lothal's orbit. Upon arrival, Kanan, Ezra, and Sabine stood in the cargo bay of their freighter.
"This thing sure caused a lot of trouble," Ezra said, staring mesmerized at the rainbow crystal in his palm.
"I think everyone agrees," Kanan chuckled. "Ready to get rid of it?"
Ezra nodded and ground the rainbow Kyber crystal into tiny pieces under his boot, against the floor.
"Everybody hold onto something," Sabine warned, taking a tight grip on the yellow railing attached to the platform they stood on.
"Nah, I'm cool to just float out the airlock," Ezra said sarcastically, grabbing on as well.
"Ready, Hera," Kanan spoke into his comlink, his other hand holding the same railing as the others. "Open and shut the bay doors."
"Copy that," the Twi'lek replied and a rush of cold space air flooded into the cargo bay as it opened to Lothal's orbit. The rebels in the bay stayed aboard the Ghost only by their white-knuckled grips on the railing.
Quickly, his teeth chattering, Ezra launched the tiny colourful shards into space as the bay doors shut again.
The two Jedi and the Mandolorian stood there for a moment, panting with breaths of deep, pressurized air, relief coursing through them.
"So.... That's it?" Ezra finally asked.
"That's it. No one will ever again be able to use the power of time travel, for good–or evil." Kanan answered.
"Thank goodness," Sabine replied. "That crystal was nothing but trouble." She exited the cargo bay, off to her room to paint a new picture–one of an infinite experience.
"Maybe it didn't just cause trouble," Ezra said thoughtfully, left alone with his Jedi Master.
"What?"
"Maybe it caused our kind of trouble." Ezra grinned. "Rebellious."
