14) Um okay.

Brooklyn

I woke up and took a quick shower. Kayla asked me what I wanted from Starbucks and I answered with my favorite drink the mocha frappe.

I got out and dressed for practice when the door was being knocked on. Of course I was in spandex and a tank top. I ran to the door with my hair wet and opened it.

"Surprise!" The voice belonging to Kayla said.

"Ummmm what the heck!" I exclaimed.

There stood a very cute puppy.

"Where did you get him?" I asked her.

"Found him cold, and starving by the Starbucks dumpster." She answered.

"Um wow okay he's so cute!!" I said.

Kayla scrabbled in and put the puppy on my bed.

"What's his name?" I asked.

"Umm do you like Mason?" She responded.

"Yes I love it. SHOOT!!" I screamed.

"What?" Kayla asked.

"Volleyball!!!" I said.

"Crap! let's go we have 5 minutes to get there from here. That's impossible!" she said.

"Yeah I know okay leave Mason and let's run!" I responded.

Kayla put Mason down and we ran out the door.

We were almost there when a car pulled up beside us. It was Will.

"Hey y'all come on I'll drive you to practice now get in." He told us.

Kayla looked right at me and got in the back seat. Will looked at me too and I got in the front.

It was weird but then we arrived at the gym.

"Thanks Will." Kayla said.

"No problem." He responded.

I was getting up when he touched my hand.

"Look Will I need to get to practice." I said.

"Okay well at least meet me tonight?" he asked.

"Okay I guess." I said.

"Okay good I'll pick you up at six." he responded.

I got out and walked into the gym.

After practice we got into our huddle because coach wanted to talk with us.

"Okay girls our first game is in two days. It is away in Holmes Chapel Cheshire. We all smiled and were excited.

Kayla and I got back to the dorm to find Mason sleeping like a little baby.

Kayla awed and I got dressed for my 'talking things over' date I had with Will.

I wore blue skinny jeans and a flowery tank top. As I put my flats on someone knocked on the door. It was Will picking me up.

I got in the car and we went to lunch/dinner. As we sat down in the booth the waiter came and he winked at me. He asked what I wanted to drink and left to go and get it.

"Hahahaha he forgot about you!" I said.

"Shut up maybe he can only carry one drink at a time." He responded.

The waiter was good he didn't forget about Will again. Once we finished our meal I questioned Will.

"I thought we were on this date to talk. Well we haven't said anything." I said.

"I know okay Brooke I'm very sorry about a this. You know Lacrosse is my life. And now I have something else in my life. Someone amazing and loving. I am so sorry Brooke. Please forgive me." He explained.

"Wow Will thank you. Yeah I guess I could forgive you. I Blew it out of proportion. I'm sorry for that. Yes I will forgive you." I responded with a smile.

We got up and left. I had homework so I wanted to get it done tomorrow is Monday.

Once we arrived back I moved to get out and Will met me at my door. I got out and he walked me up my room. He kissed my cheek goodnight and said bye.

That night I fell out with one direction music.

The next morning I got up and Mason was sitting by the door. Today was school so we didn't have practice until this afternoon.

I hooked up the leash that Kayla got last night to Mason and took him out of the dorm. I went to the cafe and got me a slushy and went one my way with Mason.

We got outside and he went to the bathroom. I was still in my pjs but they looked like real clothes. My hair was pencil straight so it looked okay.

As I was walking if saw so many couples kissing and holding hands. But what I saw on the park bench really made me mad. Will was locked onto some other girls lips. The problem was those lips weren't mine. They belonged to that girl he was talking to a long time ago that kinda looked like me.

I walked right up next to him and glared. The girl saw me and looked straight at me.

"Babe Beth what's up." He groaned.

"Babe?" I questioned.

His eyes looked like they were about to pop right out of his eye holes.

"Brooklyn! What are you doing here?!" he asked.

"Well I made it just in time for the show" I said. "Really I guess last night was a lie. I can't believe you!" I screamed.

I walked away but was stopped by Mason. He was right in front of Will and was peeing on him.

"Haha you deserved it now don't talk to me ever again!" I said.
