27||Mama and Begin

All of us were sipping hot cups of coffee, some tea, while watching the morning news on TV. I enjoyed the momentary silence while slurping my coffee, and thought about the exciting but tiring events from last week. After the dramatic incident in the airport, Suga immediately confessed to Jiyeon to be his girlfriend, and of course she said yes. Me and Jiyeon got along well, and became best of friends. However in the mists of this happiness, I still have 2 major problems which I haven't solved yet...

a) The boys only have 2 weeks before the release of their newest album.

And

b) Peter hasn't even contacted or showed up ever since that day.

I know, I'm hysterical too. I mean, the person that has been with you for a long time just vanished into the thin air, and strong evidences that clearly shows that he's hurt are found. It's enough to make a person go crazy. However, there was some odd feeling in my gut that told me he wasn't dead yet. It took me few days to be used to the feeling, honestly. Luckily, Taehyung noticed that there was some problem that I didn't want to talk about, and just cuddled and stayed by my side whenever I have nightmares or when I have a break down. Yes, he would sometimes come inside my room with Ben and Jerry's ice cream, and would cuddle with me watching a movie together at 1 in the morning. I know, too sweet and good to be true.

To speak truthfully, I don't know what kind of relationship I'm having with Taehyung. Once second it feels like he is doing these stuff for me as a friend, then one second later he does things that makes a girl's heary flutter. To be exact, he makes me feel as if I'm something more than a friend. He would drop hints like hugging, occasional peckings on the forehead, nose and cheeks, and lots of gazing into the eye thing. However, being a fan, I know that he's just really affectionate. He's just like a cute boncy little marshmallow that you want to protect, but turns out, he's the one protecting you when you're in danger.

Jiyeon tells me that she never saw this side of him. At least, to a female except his grandmother and mother. "He totally have the hots for you!" She would exclaime whenever she would stay over, mushing and gushing like a total fan girl. "Oh shut it Jiyeon. He's just really playful and affectionate." I would tell her everytime with slight blush creepying onto my cheeks, denying hesitantly. "I mean, I'm his fan and a manager. Nothing more, nothing less. He has a ton of beautiful and sexy, cute girls to choose from. Why would he pick me?" I would tell myself everytime whenever I notice that I'm starting to fall for him, half heartedly to catch myself before I fall harder.

My life isn't full of worries and troubles, however. The relieving part was that since last week, Jimin and Suga had finally composed their solo songs, and like expected, made it exactly like the Lie and First Love they made in the Blood, Sweat and Tears album. Hmm, I think I'm starting to know why they made these songs. One, Jimin's is called lie because his girlfriend cheated on him, her unfaithfulness causing him unbearable pain that he made it into a song. While Suga, well, I think I don't have to explain that. It's pretty obvious. I thought to myself as I sipped on my coffee, organizing my thoughts.

My train of thoughts were broken when a newscaster appeared on the screen, with a picture of a jail cell and a shadow picture of a girl, making me just cock my head with curiosity. All of us were immediately drawn to the news as the screen focused on the blurred figure on the picture shown by the newscaster. However, the moment we saw the picture, all of our eyes widened with caution and fear, making all of us gasp. I immediately spit out my coffee, Jimin choked on his chocolate, Namjoon dropped the newspaper with disbelief, Jin dropped the fork he was using to eat his cake, Suga spilled sugar all over his lap, Jungkook accidentally broke his cookie into bits of pieces, tea dripped from Taehyung's mouth, and lastly Hoseok smashed his glass cup on the wall, startling everyone. Jin gave him a worried glance, but soon covered it up with a cough, making him sit down, boiling with pure anger.
