Acting Weird

As we arrived, my eyes scanned every corner of the school ground to see if there are students who might be roaming around at this moment.

I think they are having their own classes.. Thank goodness the coast is clear. I'm safe from the gossips that other girls will surely spread if they saw us together.. Knowing that Florence is so damn charming and they would die just to have him.

Well, alam ko kasi nakita ko kanina kung pano nila ito pinagmasdan and I can determine the attitudes of other girls just by looking at their faces..

We went inside. At dahil abala ako sa pagtingin sa paligid, di ko namalayan na wala na pala siya sa tabi ko.. Napatingin ako sa aking likuran at nakita siyang nakatayo sa malapit sa gate.

Hawak hawak nito ang kanyang noo at nakapikit ito.

"Florence.. Are you alright?" tanong ko at naglakad patungo sa harap niya. Agad niyang minulat ang kanyang mata at ito'y tumango.

He's acting strange..

"I'm okay" he said and held my shoulders.

"No.. You're not o----"

"Yes I am" he cut me off.

With just a swift move of his hands, I am now facing the quadrangle.

"You go ahead" he said and pushed me lightly..

Naglakad nalang ako at sinunod ang sinabi niya.. Half way to our library, I turned to look at him. He smiled as I caught him watching me with his arms crossed and mouthed 'Hurry up baby'.

I smiled and rolled my eyes before taking a step and continued walking.

Huminga ako ng malalim at pinihit ang door knob.

I hope di magalit si Sir Duke..

Dahan dahan akong pumasok at nabigla nang makitang walang katao tao sa library kundi ang best friend ko lang.

"Nadine" bulong ko at napalingon ito saakin.

"Where have you been?" tanong nito at hindi agad ako nakasagot.. Am I going to tell her the truth. I don't wanna risk things..

She raised her brows and waited for my answer.

"I just had a great lunch" sabi ko at tumango tango naman siya "Where are the others?" tanong ko para maiba ang usapan

"Sir Duke went to the principals office, printing our parents permit I guess" aniya at nagkibit balikat

I nodded "Where's Matthew?"

Tumingin siya sa sahig "He went outside a few seconds ago"

Huh? How come I didn't seen him? San kaya nagpunta yun? He's so mysterious I tell you.. I guess that's one of the reason why I like him.
