Vanessa's POV

"HEY," I turned my back as I saw Axel sitting on my bed, it's already three o'clock in the afternoon. "Kumusta? Hellacious are planning earlier, tama ba ako?"

Hindi na ako nagulat sa sinabi n'ya. "You were there?"

He smiled "Nasa labas lang ako. I was looking at you." He tapped his bed "Come here," I went near him and sat beside Axel

"Something's bothering my baby," his brows furrowed "Ayos ka lang ba?" He seems worried

I nodded "I'm fine, you don't have to worry about me." I looked away, he held my hand

"Tss, ano nga? You can talk to me about it. Kaya kitang tulungan." He smiles

"It's just," I heavily sigh "about Eric,"

"I know, it's my fault. It's my freaking fault." I looked at him "He wanted to protect me from you,"

"He said that he's afraid the you might hurt me, he doesn't want me to get hurt."

"I understand his point." He nodded "Hindi n'ya ako pinagkakatiwalaan," my jaw dropped

"M-maybe for now," I told him

"Kahit na," he chuckled "But it's fine. Mag kaibigan kayo kaya naiintindihan ko."

"You know what? At first, I thought he likes you. The way he treat you, talk to you. It's like he likes you." He gazed my eyes "Pero hindi, I was wrong."

"All he wants is to protect you. Kaya naiintindihan ko s'ya." I smiled bitterly "May karapatan s'yang magalit at mag damdam, kasi ayaw ka n'yang masaktan."

I sighed again. "Y-you won't hurt me, right?" I asked him, I need assurance. "Baby," he caress my chin "God knows how much I love you."

He held my hand tightly "Kahit hindi muna kami makapag usap ni Pires. Ayos lang," he told me "—but you two need to make up." He chuckled "You are his best friend, right?"

I nodded while smiling, "Yes, I am."

I'M HERE at Octagon to watch a show. Since I've been doing nothing, I've decided to stay here. About the traitor, nah. I don't wanna waste my time to that fucking moron.

If he wants to play, then just go with the flow. I let him do whatever he wants, for now.

"Holy smokes," I uttered when a car bumped into another car yet he managed to continue the damn race. That's awesome.

I was watching the race not until I saw a familiar person, isn't that Dave Lennox? I clench my fist and stood up.

Axel's words echoed in my mind. Damn, I can't control myself! No, I need to talk to him. I need to— "Lennox!" I shouted his surname

He looked behind me and say "Shit!" My brows furrowed and went near him "Anong kailangan mo sa'kin?" He asked seriously

"What the hell is wrong with you, huh?!" I pushed him "You broke up with Cathy, is that true?" He did not answer

"Is that fucking true?!" I grabbed his collar "Answer me, you jackass!"

"Oo! Totoo 'yon! P'wede ba? Bitawan mo nga 'ko!" He exclaimed

"Are you out of your fucking mind huh?! How dare you hurt her just like that?! Huh?!" My hands are shaking in so much anger

I can't even control my damn emotions! "Bitawan mo ko! Tangina." He pushed me and fix his shirt "Problema na namin 'yon, kaya h'wag ka ng makisali pa." He glared at him

"Really? Problem? Ha!" I crossed my arm "I just saw you the day before you broke up with Cathy, you were buying a ring!" His eyes widened

"Now tell me, why did you fucking cheat on her huh?!" He laughed

"Hindi ko na kasalanan kung mabilis maloko ang kaibigan mo," he chuckled "Maganda nga, tanga naman."

In an instant, I gripped on his neck and aimed my gun on his head. "B-bitawan mo a-ako,"

"No one dares," I glared at him "—to hurt my girls." I gripped on his neck even more

"I couldn't kill you before because you were in a relationship with Cathy," I smirked "But now that you already broke up, maybe this is my fucking chance."

He closed his eyes and I was about to pull the trigger when I heard a familiar voice

"Dave!" I looked for that voice as I saw Cathy who's shock. I slowly remove my hands on Dave's neck "Q-queen?"

Lennox ran away, my eyes darkened as I pull the trigger and saw Lennox on the ground. Surrounded by his blood

"D-dave!" Cathy immediately ran towards Lennox "N-no, no! D-dave?! Dave?!"

I walked closer "Stand up, Cathy." She gazed at me

"B-bakit mo ginawa 'yon?!" She's crying as she said that "Q-queen!"

"He deserves to die, Cathy." I said in my cold tone "Be thankful that I aim for his stomach, not on his heart." I smirk

"Q-queen . . ." she couldn't stop crying, she held my hand "Q-queen, iligtas natin s'ya."

I shooked my hand "Leave him." I commanded "Let's go,"

"P-pero Queen—!"

"I said let's go!" I pulled her away from Dave Lennox who's already unconscious on the ground.
