Vanessa's POV

"AXEL."

He faced me while cooking our breakfast. Last night, I slept in the other room because I still feel awkward about Axel, especially about what he said about showering together.

But when I opened my eyes, the chandelier in Axel's room was the first thing I saw. I guess he carried me last night to his room.

Maybe because he couldn't sleep well? I don't know actually.

I want to ask him about that but nah. I'm not in the mood to talk about that.

"Yes, Vanessa baby?"

I showed him my sweetest smile because I know he won't give me what I want, "May I borrow your phone?"

My lips almost tatter due to my smile. He smiled back as his eyes twinkled.

Is that a yes?!

"No." He said in his sweetest tone

Bumagsak ang ngiti ko. From my sweet smile, it became a frown "Why?! I just want to borrow your phone!" I boringly ask him

He snickered and continues to cook. Damn his sexy back.

It's such a great view.

Wait--what the hell?! Ugh.

"Why do you want to use my phone?" He get the salt from his left side

"Because you threw mine," bulong ko

"What?" He took a glance at me and went back to cooking

"I said, I need to play games on your phone." I made up an excuse

To be honest, I just want to contact Jamie but since I don't know her number I'll call Eric instead.

Eric always call me from time to time that's why I almost memorize his number. I want to call Cathy as well but I don't want to disturb her.

I know that she's quite busy about Dave. "Wala akong laro." He simply said and put the cuisine on the plate beside him

I sighed. I badly need to talk to Eric! Knowing him, he's probably worried about me.

"Here." Axel placed four plates in front of us excluding our plates with rice. He even prepared a coffee for the both of us

"Do you know that I'm don't rice in the morning?" I usually eat cereals or just an apple.

Axel just grinned at me, "Hanggat nasa puder kita, magkakanin ka."

I scoffed "But you're making me fat!" Pinanlakihan ko siya ng mga mata but he just ignored it

"Are you listening to me? I said you're making me fat!" Pag uulit ko. He gazed at my eyes.

I thought he was going to speak again but he just shrugged his shoulder and starts to eat.

Wow ha.

I groaned as I saw a little smile in his lips. "How's your wound?" I suddenly check my knees.
