Chapter 17 - camp games

I woke up wrapped in Grayson's arms, letting out a large yawn. As soon as I sat up, the heat hit me. It's boiling hot again, perfect. We couldn't have asked for more perfect weather, it's been so amazing. I stood up, getting off the small mattress which was on the floor, and rummaged through my suitcase for some clothes. I found a white crop top and some shorts, so I chose them and put my hair in some French braids.
" Morning my beauties " I yelled as I got out of mine and Grayson's tent.
Everyone was sitting in the chairs next to the barbecue, eating breakfast and chatting.
I sat down in the spare seat beside Ashton, and he smirked.
" what'cha get up to last night with Grayson then? " He smirked, wiggling his eyebrows.
" You saw me fall asleep by the fire, Ash. Plus, it's not like you and Sophie weren't having fun in your tent " I joked, and he blushed a dark shade of red.

" no fucking way!! " I laughed, as he buried his face in his hands out of embarrassment.
" what? We didn't do anything I swear! " Ashton lied, and I raised a brow.
" oh yeah? Then why do you look like a tomato Ash? " I teased, and he sighed.
I like teasing my friends, it's pretty entertaining.
" we hooked up, that's all " He groaned.
" little 14 year old Ash, awww " I joked, and he punched my arm playfully.
" I'll be 15 next week, and it's not like you weren't like that at 14 " He shot back.
" I actually wasn't... I was too busy dancing everyday and spending any free time I had playing mario kart on my wii " I laughed, and so did he.
Just as we finished our giggling fit, Grayson came out of the tent and sat down on the grass.
" what's for breakfast? " Grayson asked.
" something that you will make yourself " Ethan laughed, sitting beside Olivia and kissing her cheek.
He got up, grabbing some fruit and eating it out the packet.
" what's the plan for today then? " Kendall asked, while she played with Jayden.
" I'm not sure, Grayson has plans for this afternoon though " Hunter said, turning and looking at Grayson who nodded.
" what plans have you got? " I asked him, and he shook his head.
" oh come on, tell me! Please!! " I begged, which made him laugh.
" It's a surprise " he smirked, and I shrugged it off.
" who wants to play some hide and seek? " Weston asked, and everyone jumped up excitedly.
I laughed at him, and agreed to play. As soon as Sophie joined the game, Ashton went all awkward and quiet, which made me laugh.
" what's with Ash? " Brandon asked me, pulling me aside of the game.
" he hooked up with Sophie and now he's all shy " I smirked, and Brandon pulled a shocked face.
" dang, that boy needs to chill the fuck out, he's got more experience than me now! " Brandon yelled.
" wait really? " I laughed, raising a brow.
" I'm kidding " He rolled his eyes, pulling a funny face.
" well lets go play, you're hiding with me " I laughed, grabbing Brandon's hand and pulling him back to the group.
" who's counting? " Blake asked.
" I will! " Cameron laughed, putting Jayden into Weston's arms.
" okay, leave the stupidest of the group to look after Jayden! Great logic Cameron " Ariel joked, and Weston acted offended.
We laughed as weston placed Jayden on the ground, holding his hand instead.
" Count for a minute " Tayler said.
Ariel nodded, and I began thinking of where Brandon and I could hide.
" Gray I'm hiding with you! " Joey shouted, jumping onto Grayson's back and almost tackling him.
" go!! " Olivia yelled, and we all ran off in separate directions.
" I feel like a freaking five year old " Brandon laughed, as we ran past the tents and towards the trees. We didn't even notice, but in one of the trees was a huge pile of wood. It was pretty much waiting to be made into a tree house, so we'll have to do that later. We found so many cool things about this land we were camping on, like how there was a river down the hill, and a secret path which back up to our campsite. I think we might look into purchasing this land, Its really amazing and we could do so much with it. We wouldn't build anything, because I feel like that could ruin the whole camp vibe... but we would probably make that treehouse and not have to think about anyone getting rid of it. We'll look into it ;)

Brandon and I went up the path back up to the campsite, and quickly got into Grayson's car since I had the keys. We got in the boot, and I'm surprised it fit both of us. Luckily, we made it just in time too. The crunching of someone walking on the gravel was heard, and we thought that we were going to be found. To our benefit, the car boot window was blacked out, so we could see out but nobody could see in. We were looking out, and could see Jayden running along the grass away from Ariel, who had obviously found him and Weston. We had to be quiet, but it was hard when Weston face planted and started cry laughing. I pulled out my phone, and started filming this for Snapchat.
" so we're playing hide and seek, and Weston just fell over while running away from Ariel... " I whispered, and I turned the camera so it could see out the boot.
Brandon and I started laughing, and I was still filming when the car boot swung open, startling us.
" ha! Found you both " Joey laughed, when did he even get caught?
" we thought Jayden and Weston had only been caught! " Brandon said, jumping out of the boot after me.
" nope, everyone has been and we were just looking for you guys! Good spot by the way " Joey chuckled.
Well, this was fun.
