You woke up again- this time properly bandaged and stitched up. Your eyes traced

the celling's boarders until you felt it was safe to sit up. There was nobody in the

room but you- and you were laying on a bed, under a light blue comforter. The walls were a soft green and there was a closet set which occupied one side. On another, there was a beanbag

and a dresser. Beside the bed you were on, there was a small nightstand and on it

a lamp. This all rested on a wooden floor.

You got out of bed and noticed in the mirror you were still in your kimono- but in various places around you, there were white bandages wrapped around parts of your body. The kimono was still intact even after the fire, but was stained with blood. Your jade necklace however, was gone. You noticed a change of clothes by the edge of your bed and put them on. They were simple clothes: a black hooded t- shirt, and black sweatpants. Off to the side

you saw a pair of black slip on shoes. You slipped these on,

grabbed your kimono in your hand, but stuffed it, a water bottle, and a roll of

bandages, you found into a black duffel bag beside the bed. There were also white

latex gloves beside the medical supplies which you slipped in as well. You

combed through your hair with your hands, and then stood, bag across your torso.

You sighed and opened the door, quietly creeping out, making sure nobody was

awake. You stopped at the top of the stairs. No sound; you continued down and

was relieved to see nobody had come down. The living room had nobody in it so

you guessed they were still asleep. Whoever brought you here- maybe the two

boys- you were thankful to, but you didn't want to burden them. You saw the butt

end of your katana against the rail of the staircase. You took the blade and set it inside the bag. You spotted a pen and paper pad on the coffee table and decided to

write a quick thank you note to whoever saved you.

To whom it may concern:

Thank you.

You signed the note and were about to leave when you heard footsteps come

down the stairs. You froze and flipped back, hiding behind the couch. Another blue

eyed blonde but with messily spiked hair came downstairs wearing only basketball

shorts. You noticed that he was about the same age as

you. Around his neck were two small keys. He made way to the kitchen and came

back, sitting on the couch, still half asleep. You peeked up and gently pressed a

pressure point behind his neck, causing him to knock out completely. You got up

and gently rested his head onto a pillow, then dashed out the door as dawn broke

across the sky.

Your stomach growled. It had been a few hours since you first left the home, and

it was now the afternoon. Maybe trying to find some food would be good. You

got up from your seat on a bench in the city's square- which had a fountain with

the town's name on it. It let you know you were in a place called Hollow Bastion.
