“[Name]~ Wakey-wakey time~,” Nero cooed, slowly creeping into your room.

“Ugh,” you groaned, rubbing your eyes,” What time is it?”

“Almost 10AM,” he chuckled and draped the canopy of your bed to the side so he sat at the foot of it. “Everyone left the house to help with shipments or go to work. Go get ready so you’ll be back before 5.”

“Right,” you nodded and sat up. “Wait… Nero! Get outta my room!” You stood and began pushing him out, being that you were only in an oversized shirt.

“Ah! No!” he clutched at his chest,” Gravity is… Increasing on me!” he leaned on you with a mischievous smirk.

“Nero! Get out before I break your bones!” you fought hard to push him out, but wa currently loosing.

“Nero! Out of her room!” Wasurete entered and grabbed the teen by his ear.

“Ow, ow, ow! Hey, let go! It’s not like I saw anything… Not too much anyways!” he laughed.

“You are one perverted creep,” he sighed and shook his head, dragging the teen out of your room.

“Thanks Wasu-kun!” you laughed, closing the door.

“No problem!” he called back.

After showering, you threw on a black shirt and matching shorts over your undergarments, as well as black fingerless gloves. Something caught your eye before you pulled your shirt on and you stepped closer to the mirror, looking at the stain. On your chest, a deep green dash with splotches around it marked the signs of Geostigma. Why you hadn’t noticed before puzzled you, but you ignored it and pulled on the shirt anyway.

You combed your hair and left it down before descending the stairs into the kitchen where you grabbed a yogurt from the freezer. Nero and Wasurete were talking in the living room so you joined them there.

“So,” you sat on the armchair of the shorter couch and took a bite of yogurt,” I’m guessing you told him, Nero?”

Nero nodded,” Wasu’s on your side with this so he should know.”

“I don’t like that you’re going alone,” Wasurete sighed,” But if you feel like you got it… I guess I’ll support you with this,” he gave you a small smile.

You giggled,” You know, you sound like you’re my older brother or something.”

“That just leaves the supportive boyfriend role to me,” Nero grinned.

“Yeah, sure,” Wasurete rolled his eyes and leaned back before tossing you your phone which you easily caught. “Leave the ringer on. You left it in the training room. I charged it for you.”

“Thanks!” you grinned and shoved it into your pocket, swallowing the rest of your yogurt. “Alright I’m all set to go!”

Nero stood,” I’ll start her up.”

“Are you really gonna wear just that?” Wasurete eyed you as he followed you to the kitchen where you threw away your trash. “You do know Midgar is always gloomy right?”

“Really?” you raised your eyebrows,” I didn’t read that in my research.”

Wasurete sighed and walked into the living room before coming back with a gray zip up hoodie. “Wear it. I don’t think any of your sweaters are thick enough.”

“Fine,” you rolled your eyes and put it on. After zipping it up and draping your hair over your shoulders so you could pull up the hood as well, you found that it flowed halfway down your thighs, and the sleeves were so long, you pushed them up to your wrists. Thankfully, it wasn’t baggy. “I think… It’s too big.”
