Sup!
This is not going to be a Rymmie or Kemmie chapter by the way. Let's just say...more surprising characters are coming in. ;)

Chapter 3
'Who's that you're drawing?' Ryan turned around to see his sister peering over his shoulder.
'Esther!' He exclaimed, pushing her away. 'Can you at least knock on the door before coming in? And hold on,' he grabbed a tuft of Esther's hair. 'Did your hair just become lighter? Are you perhaps becoming, blonde?'
Esther twirled her thick, long hair and frowned. 'Why, wasn't that a welcome greeting from my little brother. And FYI, I am not turning blonde.'
'Anyway, what are you doing here in Anders?' Ryan raised an eyebrow. 'Shouldn't you be with Mom?'
Esther rolled her eyes. 'Yeah right, Mom, who doesn't have any time to notice us. I was just passing by because my manager found this place really nice for my photoshoot. And I want to see how my brother's doing at his comeback.' She placed a hand on his shoulder, shaking it back and forth.
She flipped her hair and sat on the foot of his bed. 'Speaking of comeback, have you had any comebacks on girls lately? Heard from Mihi that you've been having problems with girls. Let me give you a pep talk.'
'I don't need you and your silly pep talk, Esther. I have more important things to do, like compose a song.' Ryan replied twirling his pen around his fingers, his face going red.
Goldenrod's uber awesome manager, Mich, decided to extend their stay in Anders for three weeks, so he had plenty of time to look around the place where his mother grew up in.
'But you still need to add spice into your life!' Esther protested. 'You're acting so stubborn that you think I don't know about your special girl. You weren't acting this defensive everytime I bring that subject up.' Esther leaned in closely. 'Ryan, are you blushing?'
Ryan pushed her away. His sister was so smart, so perceptive that he couldn't get an edgeway from her. After all, they were born on the same day.
'Fine. So what if I have an eye candy on someone? It will stay that way.' Ryan shrugged.
'You know what you need, Ryan? You need to socialise with a lot of different girls. It seems like you think of girls as one class distinction of a similar personality, feisty, possessive and uncaring, but every girl is different.'
'Sometimes, you need to understand that girls too, have feelings, and not all girls are like Mom.' Esther continued and sighed. 'I guess I better get going. My manager is calling me.' She turned and walked out of the door.
Ryan watched his sister as she closed the door shut. My sister has a point, Ryan pondered as he stared at the calligraphy of letters he had just made. His hands were shaking as he drew the lines, but now they stood firm.
Written all over the paper, at all angles and sizes, was Tammie's name.

Meanwhile, Esther had better things planned for her brother.
She knew there was something troubling Ryan, and she knew it was because of a girl. Really, who would detach himself from his friends when there's nothing wrong with them?
Ryan wasn't the type to think about girls often, he cared more about his male friends, and he can't carry on a conversation with a girl for more than a minute.
