Chapter 11

Hello all my little Dreams! As I'm writing this chapter I'm eating milk and cookies. Today's special someone is inspired by my good friend LunarWarrior16 She's truly amazing and has show so much support for my story. Remember to share, vote and comment.

I was half awake but I could hear Barry and Misaki talking. There was the feeling of light suffocation from the blanket over my head. It was kinda hard to breathe but they probably thought that Im still sleeping. Well I'm not gonna waste an opportunity like this. I reached into my pocket and grabbed the game boy I took from Game Stop. Well, when they weren't looking of course.

Placing my teddy bear on my lap. I turned on the small system and played a pre -owned version of Pokemon Leaf Green. Looking at the team it wasn't half bad. There was a Dragonite, Pidgeot, Charizard, Marowak and Gengar. Whoever played this game was going against the elite four.

On the game I went up against the first one which was Lorelei. Charizard was one of my favorite Pokémon so I was glad to use it. It took out Dewgong and Cloyster but then Slowbro begged to differ. That ass was destroying my Charizard. I've been known to rage when it comes to playing video games. .

The next thing I lnew my Charizard was knocked out. "Your mother is a whore ! I hope you rot in hell!" I screamed out loud in rage forgetting I was supposed to be "sleeping".

"Dear child what vulgar language. When we get out of this car I'm gonna give you a firm scolding. I thought I taught you to be better then that. " Misaki said looking at me through the rear view mirror.

Well so much for pretending to sleep..." Hey, what are you screaming about ?" Aaron asked me looking over my shoulder to see I was playing Pokémon.

"And where did you get that gameboy ?" Aaron asked me raising a eyebrow. "Well... I may have snatched it on our way out of the mall... And I'm not sharing! I don't share well when it comes to gaming!" I replied trying to hide the gameboy under me.

"But I wanna play to! Gimme the game Alexis." Aaron said. "No!" I replied. "I said let me play da game !" "Nooo!" He then reached over and tried to grab it from me.

I struggled to stop him while he struggled to grab it from me. Barry and Misaki both merely watched us amusement. I wasn't gonna let go of this game! I grabbed his arm and bit him hard enough to make him let go.

Obviously I didn't try to break skin so it wouldn't get infected. "Ow! He bit me!" Aaron screamed and pulled back his arm. Barry and Misaki couldn't hold back their laughter anymore.

"I won't hesitate to spit in your eye!" I yelled at him knowing he won't try anything for a while. "You're nasty, you know that ? " Aaron replied looking at where I had bit him.

"Alright now be nice and give Aaron the game." Barry tried to tell me. "No. I will bite you next if I have to." I replied turning away from him too. I could feel the cold and depressing aura surrounding him since Aaron was now laughing.

"Everyone, we will be at our new home in a few minutes. Please try not to bite anyone we meet over there, okay ?" Misaki told all of us receiving all of our attention.

Looking at the time it was about an hour till 12. I decided to put my teddy bear back into my supernatural bag for safe keeping.

"Hey you never told me where we are going!" I screamed out without a good reason why. " Well since you bit me, I'm not gonna tell you till we get there." Aaron responded.

I didn't bother to reply since I had no remorse in doing so. Eventually we turned onto the parking lot for a another school. The sign says,                      " Agricultural School".

"Everyone get ready to make a run for it. There are quite a few zombies nearby so we have to avoid them at all costs." Aaron warned us as Misaki parked her beat up car from hitting countless zombies.

We all carefully opened up the doors and quietly walked inside the school. The zombies didn't seem to take much notice of us yet. Aaron was able to easily push open the hallway doors. No surprise there since it didn't look like anyone's been here for a while.

"Let's try to scavenge any supplies we can and then settle down." Aaron said. Lots of the lockers had blood splatter all over them and there were even desks scattered in the halls. Old book bags and school supplies were laying around everywhere as we passed the classrooms.

I started to spalunk and got a little bit ahead of the group. "Alexis! Watch out behind you!" Barry screamed out at me. I looked behind me to see a zombie coming at me. I didn't have much experience with killing nor was I strong enough either. The only choice I had was to run but the walker had grabbed onto the loose hanging sleeve of my plaid shirt.

Fear and panic overcame my whole body instantly. I tried to rip it off but I struggled to pull it off before the zombie could get me. I was too far ahead of the group for them to get to me in time. It grabbed me be my arm and pushed me down onto the ground with its weight.

It was wearing a school uniform and looked to once have been a girl. Trying my best to push it off me, it only got closer to biting my face off.

Suddenly I heard a loud bang and blood splatter hit my face. Hesitantly I opened my eyes to see who my savior was. " You're lucky I was here to save you boy. Those walkers have no remorse eating your face off. The names April."

The mysterious girl said. "Alexis! Are you alright? You know if it wasn't for this girl you'd be dead!" Aaron screamed at me. I know he was only screaming at me because he cares about me.

"Well I'm assuming that your name is Alexis? Pfftt, cute name." She snickered at me. I got up and saw she was slightly taller then I was. " Nice height." I commented not standing for anyone thinking they could come for me. "Well this all nice and sweet but shouldn't we be going somewhere safe?" Barry said.

We were lead upstairs a few moments later into a room that looked to be for faculty. The four of us sat down at the table while April closed the door. " Anyone care for some cafe?" She asked. Almost in sync Barry and Misaki replied, " yes". She chuckled at the two of them and pulled out to cups onto the table. I looked at my little watch and saw it was about 5 minutes before 12.

Opening up my book bag, I took out my bear and pill bottle. Then I took a already opened bottle of water and drank some with my pill. " Hey cute bear. You know I always had a thing for anything cute." April told me while placing two cups of watered down coffee for Barry and Misaki.

"So tell me where you guys came from? I used to go to school here but you know, before everything turned to crap." April laughed while taking off her mouth cover she had on. Aaron being usually the leader explained who we were and everything we went through recently.

"Wow you guys sure went through hell. I've been here. Mostly everyone either escaped to loved ones or were eaten. I'm glad to have some new friends here with me, to be honest I was getting lonely and bored." She said explaining her own story. April was kinda like that delinquent kind of girl. But she didn't seem to be hostile and angry.

April had curly mid length brown hair with chocolate colored eyes. Her skin was light tan and her voice was kinda soft yet firm. She was wearing a white shirt with a plaid black and red skirt. Her knee high socks were white and black stripped. The mouth cover she was wearing had a giant evil looking grin. It was kinda cute actually.

"Well if you guys plan to stay here a while you need to do chores to help." April stated in a sudden serious tone. The four of us were already planning on staying here so chores shouldn't be out the question.

Since this is an agricultural school it has almost everything we could need to stay here. Misaki I would like you to help with doing laundry and gathering vegetables. Aaron and Barry I would like for you guys to take care of feeding the very few animals we have.

Also, I'd for you guys to gather the eggs and such for us to eat. Finally, Alexis and I will take care of the gardening and we will take care of preparing everyone's meal." After a few minutes of discussing some other possible chores we decided it was evenly distributed.

"In a hour or so we can gather whatever we can find to barricade the entrances. We can all make this a secure place for us to live." Aaron suggested to which we had all agreed would be fun.
