"Please welcome Princess Melina, both from land and sea!" Shouted the cabin boy from the Jolly Roger. Princess Sierra lifted the baby in the air to show to all the merman and mermaids from Atlantica, Captain Hook behind her smiling at his wife and child.
After the baby's birth Killian has been more cautious and is uneasy about Pan's contract. News spread like wildfire and soon the news hit Neverland.
Pan has been waiting for this day a long time and to hear that it's a girl only made him wonder how worth it this will all be. King Triton blessed the girl and gave her, her own tiara made out of pearls and shells that she would soon grow into.
Laughter and cheers filled the water and ship, as men were drinking and giving thanks to the new addition of the crew. Killian rocked the girl in his arms, tears brimming his eyes.
Gasps were heard and the sound of tin falling caused the newly parents to look up to see the bloody demon himself holding onto a bag landing on deck. Melina was handed over to Sierra and Killian immediately pulled out his sword waiting for the boy to make a move.
"Oh why isn't she lovely...congrats on the child Hook" Pan spoke up, smirking at the pirate and his wife, who was taking cover behind the pirate.
"A beauty, now what do you want Pan" Killian hissed gritting his teeth while keeping the sword high up in the air. Pan nodded in agreement and with a swift of his hand the sword was now gone and Killian was left shielding his family.
"I just want to hold her Killian" Pan said, his voice stern and serious. King Triton made sure that his civilians had gone back home and was left with Killian's crew who were also pointing their weapons at Pan.
"Killian let's just let him" Sierra whispered holding Melina in her arms. Pan smirked at her words, he dropped the bag and headed towards Sierra and her daughter. Killian was at first uneasy, knowing Pan he could take her and leave, but going back to the deal he had no choice but to let him.
Everyone was surprised to see the young boy soften up to the child. Pan held his arms out waiting for the child to be passed down to him, soon enough he held the girl close to his chest.
"Why hello there Melina" he cooed softly at the baby. He began rocking the baby and himself, He looked up at Killian smiling and then looked at Sierra who's heart whelmed up at the moment. "Look at you princess" He whispered stroking the baby's cheek with his index finger.
Melina shrieked in happiness and wrapped her little hands around his finger causing Pan's smile to widen. "I have a little gift for you" he cried making a small plush toy of a dog made of animal skin appear in his hand.
The bag he dropped flattened itself, causing Killian to think that the plush was in the bag. Melina's eyes wandered to the toy and was shrieking even more when Pan tickled the baby with the stuffed animal's cotton nose.
This was strange and unbelievable after all Pan was known for his horrendous crimes, but never for making a baby laugh. Pan handed the baby back to it's mother and said his last few goodbyes before turning the plush into a real life puppy that would always accompany Melina no matter what. And that's when Pan's interest in the girl grew.
