Setting camp was pretty easy for me and I liked the mixed emotions that would appear on the boys faces when I did something half of them didn't know. Everyone was putting up their tents since the sun had already been setting.

Me and Noah had agreed to share a tent after his small nap. Right now he was laughing and playing tag with some of the older ones. I smiled and looked up from my seat and caught Pan looking at me. I gave him a small wave, but he ignored me and talked to Felix.

"We'll be back, were only going to find dinner" Felix announced making a hand gesture for some of the boys to follow. I stood up and followed them.

"Woah where do you think you're going?" Dylan growled stopped me by placing his pointer finger at my chest.

"With you guys of course" I sassed back. Being completely honest I had forgotten he was here, and I wished it stayed that way.

"No" he said "girls don't have the guts to hunt" I looked at him dumbfounded at his remark. Did he really just say that? To me? The one who took down a whole crowd of castle guards once. If I had my magic I would've already demolished him.

"Excuse me, but girls can also do what boys can do" I claimed crossing my arms frustrated at his comment.

"No, that's not right" he grabbed both my shoulders and bought me closer giving me a dreadful view of his face.

"Right now you should be doing our laundry and making some food for us" he smirked pushing me off to the side.

"How am I suppose to make dinner when you haven't caught it yet" I hissed getting closer to him. The boys tried not to get into the mess that had started.

"Dylan stop harassing her and go on. If you don't want her to come, than you should stay back" Pan addressed handing me the same bow I had a few days ago.

Dylan said nothing and stomped away like a mad toddler. He sure as hell acted like one though.

"You didn't have to do that, I can control my own problems you know?" I said walking up next to him. The sundown reflected of the trees we were trailing in.

"Sure as hell didn't look like it" I looked at him and punched him lightly. He didn't respond, but instead stuck out his right foot making me trip over it. Like that one time.

I closed my eyes waiting for the impact of the ground to hit me. Nothing. A pair of strong flexed arms had wrapped around my waist keeping me up. We looked at each other tensely up until his eyes flickered from my lips back to my eyes. Thank god we were in the back.

Before he could lean any further I got out of his grasp and awkwardly coughed.

"We should get going" I nodded at his answer and followed after him. The awkward silence was killing me and hopefully it was also killing him for making me feel this way. The warmth of his arms around me couldn't leave my mind.

Once I heard a few rustling noises I turned around, placing an arrow on my bow and let go in less than 5 seconds. I smiled at my small victory. I walked towards the dead rabbit that had my arrow through its chest.

Pans jaw dropped seeing my skills with a bow. I bit the inside of my lip to hide my grin. I took of the arrow and handed the rabbit back to him.

"Here you go" I beamed innocently shoving the rabbit into his arms. He just stood there still confused about what had just happened.

"Come on, we still need lots more" I addressed grabbing his hand and pulling him closer to the lost boys. I felt my cheeks becoming warm. I was blushing at the fact of my small hands being intertwined with his soft ones.

It's been an hour and we have caught 4 rabbits and 6 squirrels which will be enough for all of us. And of course to prove my point that girls can do stuff guys can, I caught 3 rabbits and 2 of the squirrels.

I watched and laughed at Dylan who was making our dinner since Pan insisted on it. After placing plates in front of us me and Noah isolated ourselves so we were taking about random things.

"I wonder if I can be just as good as you" Noah huffed stuffing another piece of meat in his mouth.

"Nah mate, you'll be better than me how 'bout that?" I chuckled at his chipmunk cheeks stuffed with food. We both laughed and finished our meals.

"I think Pan likes you 'lina" Noah said out of no where. My eyes widened surprised by his sudden comment.

"Noah" I chirped out not believing anything he had said.

"He keeps talking about you and how pretty you are. It's so annoying" he whines moving himself into my side and letting out a dramatic scream. The scream was muffled.

"It's gross" his nose scrunched up in disgust and he acted as if he was about to puke. I softly smacked the back of his head.

"Don't say nonsense like that Noah" this boy and his lies. Why would Pan like me! I'm the only one who's suppose to have these stupid feelings, not him too. But isn't this what I wanted?. I sighed gripping into my hair.

"Hey Noah let me talk to Melina for a while" Pan came up ruffling the boys hair. The boy giggled and ran to go dance around the fire like how the rest of the boys were.

Pan sat in Noah's seat and took out his pipe that he began to play. The soothing music made me relaxed. I looked at him and the way his face showed such concentration while playing.

He kept playing while turning to me. I blushed and looked back at the boys to hide my red face. The awkwardness still hasn't left our sides from the past encounter.

I was to focused on the melody that was playing, I didn't see that I had inched my self closer to Pan. Nor did he realize he was getting closer too.

The moonlight gazed upon the boys who were cheering and dancing in freedom. My head had leaned in his stiff shoulder that became less tense once he got used to it. My breathes slowed down and I nuzzled in closer to him letting my sleep take over.
