I jumped spun around and kicked Glacia in the stomach. This time, she actually got hurt. She doubled over, landing on the roof, and didn't look up for a while.

I raised my sword.

I slashed at her, but she grabbed my blade with her hand again. She pushed me over to the side, hollering in pain due to the blade actually hurting her for once.

I felt like I had a chance to save my friends.

"You... little," and then she started screaming and running at me. She punched my stomach, and my insides felt like they were bruising.

She smacked my face, and it felt like the insides of my head were freezing.

I covered my cheek with my hand, the pain slowly growing more.

It became unbearable after a while, making me howl in pain. Then she summoned a spear and then smacked me on the side of the head again.

My skull felt like it was going to crack. All hope that had suddenly built inside of me disappeared. All of my friends were gone and probably already dying of frostbite.

I screamed in anger and got up swinging my sword as I went. I scratched the side of Glacia's face, making her stumble back.

It felt like the aftermath of an intense battle. It first starts off with a lot of action and fighting, but then it calms down as the moral and energy of the fighters start to lessen.

I felt tired, not able to give too much effort into my swings, and just tossed my sword around every once in a while to keep Glacia back. I had no energy, physically or mentally, but I suddenly felt myself surge with power.

I flew toward Glacia again, punching her face.

She fell down and yelled. She screamed and started to choke me.

My neck felt like it was going to freeze and then just snap, decapitating me. I felt it being constricted as I continued attacking Glacia. She finally sent a blast of energy, pushing me back and landing hard on the ceiling.

My spine felt like it had cracked.

I got up again, somehow.

Glacia's wings had shattered, and it left trails of ice and white powder behind her. Her eyes glowed dimly, and I could see she was starting to lose her will to keep fighting as well.

She sighed, and the glow in her eyes faded.

"Nice sparring session," she said as if I was her friend in some sort of training. "Bye-bye now."

"Wait, what?!" I screamed after her.

A different pair of wings grew behind her, and she flew into the sky at something about light speed. I watched as she left a trail of sparkly, small ice crystals.

Then, I kicked the ground. I mean, I was relieved that I didn't have to fight her anymore, but taking her down would've made our job much easier. We wouldn't need to deal with her for about a week more. Now she could just pop up wherever she wanted, whenever she wanted.

I looked up, frustrated and noticed all of my friends, still frozen.

Oh, no, I thought, what do I do?

I looked down at my hands and saw them still glowing. I still had enough energy left to maybe melt out Theo, and he could help me free everyone else.

I leaned down next to Theo.  I concentrated all the energy that was in my heart into my hands, and I started to feel them warm up. I felt invisible tendrils of pure, yellow light erupt from my fingers and started knawing at the ice.
