Blog 404: First Day

Hey, guys, I'm back I know it's weird to have two blogs in one night but I had to tell you guys everything that happened to me today. It all started when I woke up this morning I dreaded this day I looked at my calendar my mom gave me and it had a huge circle with the words FIRST DAY OF NEW SCHOOL I sighed and just turned off my alarm and got in the shower. I got Olivia ready and sent a picture to her dad since he couldn't see her every day. I ran downstairs ate breakfast and went to the subway. I know what you're thinking about what happened with Olivia, my mom said she could take her to daycare for me and I was happy I didn't want to be late for my first day. Today was the day my life changed and I didn't know that one person could have so much effect on my life but he did and his name was Josh. Joshua Nathan Matthews but I'll tell you about him later in the blog. The subway where I saw this as I'll say "magical boy" I was standing there and I noticed them staring and it was like playing the long game on family game night and you're waiting till the very end to see what's going to happen to you and that's how Josh made me feel, like I was in that game waiting for him to make a move and finish it. When he finally did I decided to keep the game going and acted like I didn't care because, at the time I didn't, it was until I really got to know him when I started to feel these weird feelings. The subway ride was full of Josh attempting to flirt with me and his brother just staring. Speaking of his brother, tall, dirty blond hair, hazel green eyes the only thing wrong with him was his crazy bitch of a girlfriend the wannabe "head cheerleader", boss of the school who thought she could walk over everyone and expect them to bow down. That's not me never has and never will. School Abigail Adam's huge is all I can say when I first walked up, it was beautiful and really crowded. When I got there the bell had just rung so kids were rushing to get to class I was walking past a group of guys and the started making kissing noises and commenting on the way looked and how big my ass was, I didn't really care that was until one of them tried to wrap the arm around my waist and pull me into him. I moved his arm and continued walking when I saw them the ones from the subway. Words were said and let's just say me and Riley and are enemies she called me a bitch and she didn't even know me, it wasn't the first time a girl has called me a bitch and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last. Josh was nice enough to walk me to the Admin's Office so I could get my schedule when I got it I left the office and I bumped into him in the hall I guess he was waiting for me. Sweet I guess... he took me to get my books, showed me my locker and all my classes he was actually not acting like fuckboy and I liked it. Lucas ad they even asked me to sit with them at lunch I decided it wouldn't be too bad and plus why not ruffle Riley's feathers a little bit. By the end of the day, Riley still didn't like me and it didn't help that I was trying out for cheer and even wanted to try to get the position as head cheerleader. I talked to Lucas and I don't see how someone as nice as him could be with a girl as rude as her, Ohh I almost forgot the weirdest part of my day I meet two kids and their names were Farkle and Smackle I know what you're thinking who on earth would do that to their kids but their actually pretty nice and are a pretty cute couple. I also got to learn a lot about Josh that I'm not going to put on the blog because he told me he never told anyone about and I would never break his trust. Speaking of Josh he even came to my cheerleading tryouts and was cheering me on I was kind of cute when tryouts were over coach told us that we should be getting a call within the next day or two and if we made the team we got to go to this cheerleader and football player party it's basically where all the cheerleaders and football players get together and hang out and basically get to know each other. I was doing my homework, what kind of teachers give kids homework on the first day of school high school teachers that's who but anyways I was going through my homework and my phone rang it an unknown number. It was coach calling to tell me that I was one of the best girls to tryout and when it came down to it I was the new captain of the Abigail Adam's Cougars and one of the top flyers and was in the point stunt group for competitions. What's point stunt you ask? It's basically a stunt group that is in the front other stunt groups and they're like really good. When I got that call I called Missy and told her the news it felt like old times when we were waiting for our callbacks for the Philadelphia Complex Dance Team and I got my call first and when I called Missy she had just got her call and we were both screaming on the phone. She was happy for but we couldn't talk long so I said my good-byes and then called Josh to tell him the news, I don't know why I just felt like I needed to call him and tell him he was kind of the one pushing me to try out. I told my mom and we had an agreement that I could join the if and only if I kept my grades up which was easy considering that I was pretty smart and school wasn't that difficult. Two I couldn't just leave Olivia with my mom at any old time which meant I had to let people at school know my secret seeing that I might have to bring her to some of the late-night practices. And three I let her come to every sporting event, which I really didn't care I wanted my mom there she was like my personal cheerleader. Well, I should get going I just wanted to let you guys know what was going on in my school life. As I always say a positive mind leads to positive thoughts and positive thoughts lead to positive actions. I think you guys know how I end it by now...
