Hey everybody, I'm back with a little update blog. So little ladybug is FINALLY home, and she is doing great. After being in the NICU for almost 12 weeks we were finally able to bring her home. If I'm being honest the last three months have felt like shit, I cried practically every day and wanted nothing more than to be able to have her at home. Josh and I have actually been doing pretty great and he's even started making real progress in physical therapy, his doctor thinks there's a pretty good chance he'll be able to play football when the season starts next year.
I still can't believe our junior year is almost over, I mean it felt just like yesterday that I was standing in the subway headed to my first day at AAH. Josh and I have been through quite a bit, and I really can't believe he stuck by me through all of this. We've been together for almost 7 months, but it honestly feels like it's been longer. He's been such a support system for me and has even tried to get along with Matty. Missy, Shyla, and I have been working on a party to introduce little ladybug to everyone seeing that she's been in the hospital for pretty much her entire life. I know some of you are probably wondering her name and what she looks like, and I promise I will soon. Matty's fallen in love with her the same way he did with Olivia, and I make me happy that all he wants to be is a good dad to both his girls.
You guys might also be wondering about Lucas, Farkle, Smackle, and Riley and why I haven't mentioned them much in the blog. Don't worry everyone's still friends but with the boys having football than basketball and the girls having cheer I haven't had much time to hang out with them because when I wasn't at school I was usually at the hospital. I mean I see Lucas when I go over to visit with Josh, but we all haven't had much time to hang out, and I kind of hope that changes.
I know this blog was kind of short, but I just wanted to write something kind of quick to let you guys know what's been happening. I think the next one might be short as well but that all guys. Life seems to be going pretty okay right now.
