Vincent and Jamie and Catarina: When Freshiedency Reaches Its End

El Nido Day 1: Arrival

Vincent took the earliest flights possible; the transit flight from Mandala to Manila departed 3 AM and arrived 5.30 AM. The flight from Manila to El Nido Airport departed 6 AM and arrived at exactly 6.30 AM.

Cee, Jay, Ceejay, Isabella, Philomella, Marwyllise, Ridan, Zenthi, Elizabeth, Laodhmair, Clotho, Norman, Noelle, and Jamie were all waiting in a waiting house when the bus arrived. Out stepped the President in lay casual outfit, and all but Jamie went out to greet him.

"You're absolutely late!" Elaiza reprimanded him.

"But I took the earliest transit flight from the Other World to here!!!" Vincent protested, "They open at 3!!!"

"Don't care!" Elaiza said, flipping her hair and trotting (pegasus kentauride, remember?) towards Laodhmair, who simply shrugged his shoulders. 

Vincent then entered the room, and when he saw Jamie, he decided to approach her again. The breeder was occupying an entire sofa with half the breadth of her body, and she was wearing a black and blue striped tank top, a summer hat, and some eyeglasses. He found out that he was, coincidentally, also wearing the same tank top she was wearing, except in a different size. 

"Hey, uh, Jamie," he said, "You look nice today."

The young breeder known as Jamie did not respond. Instead, she ignored him and turned her head to the ocean view. Her short brown hair waved against the breeze blowing through the windows of the house. Vincent tried once again, stood beside her, placed a hand on her left shoulder, and said, "Jamie, can we talk?" Jamie just let it slide, but she remained silent. 

From the opposite side, Ceejay noticed them both and whispered to Jay, "Hey sis, I think Mr. President here is trying to get back to Jamie."

"Ya think?" his sister, Jay, replied, "I know!!! They have these clear red and bright pink auras."

"As in both auras per person?" Ceejay asked.

"Yes!" Jay replied, "They're fluctuating, and for some reason, transferring from person to breeder and vice versa." 

Cee approached them and asked, "What's the hold up? I think Vincent is trying to make up with Jamie. Their break-up's all over the news like wildfire."

"Yes, Jay just saw their auras," Ceejay replied, "Bright pink and clear red."

"Ooh! Sexually creative and sensitive," Cee replied, "I like that. However, sis, right they can change?" 

"Yea, bro, as far as I know," Jay replied, "Usually, this sprightly pair is yellow. I saw their aura through their pictures. Weird, huh?"

"No, considering we already know that we all inherited psychic trains from Dad," Cee replied, "Thank goodness my third eye isn't acting up." He then straightened his glasses. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw that the two outrigger boats he got from the resort have arrived. The men and women handling them secured the rigging towards the two poles in front of the boats and released a wide makeshift ladder so that the fifteen can board.

"Alright guys," he announced to everyone, "The boats have arrived! You may now board them!" 

Immediately, everybody got up, and headed towards the two outrigger boats. Cee and Jay each went aboard an outrigger to accommodate their friends, who were now split into two. Vincent went in the same boat as Jamie, and Ridan, who was "seated" there, made way so that he could sit beside her, but she didn't take notice.

This is the arrangement they had for the rest of the trip: On Cee's outrigger were Ceejay, Vincent, Jamie, Ridan, Clotho, Noelle, and Norman, while on Jay's outrigger were Elaiza, Laodhmair, Isabella, Philomella, Marwyllise, and Zenthi. Both outriggers started with a smooth low hum, and at exactly 7.00 in the morning, they departed the waiting area.
