I sat in the chair across from Jungkook, my feet resting on the side of his desk. He had his eyes glued to the computer in front of him as my own lap top was propped on my lap somehow not falling off.

"Ah!" Jungkook said suddenly, startling me enough to almost drop my computer.

"What?" I looked up with wide eyes.

"Look." He smirked low as he turned his screen so I could see it.

I only had to look at it for a second before knowing what it was. "Well that was a lot easier than I thought." I started to grin.

"Maybe," Jungkook said then, bring the computer back to him. "It would definitely get a normal person locked away for years, but the DeHavens-"

"They're rich yeah I get it." I huffed out. "But what about your detective friend, wouldn't she be able to do something with it?"

Jungkook shrugged lightly. "Possibly. I'd like to think so."

"Well," I let out a dramatic sigh as I forced myself up and out of the chair. "I think it's time we leave then, see if we can't catch at the station."

Jungkook looked down at his phone. "It's not too late, she might still be there." He agreed and stood, closing his laptop and slipping it in his bag. "Wait," He stopped mid way out of his office.

"What?" I asked with a raise of my eyebrow, looking around to see if we forgot anything.

He gave me a hard look. "I didn't even think about this yesterday." He muttered low. "We can't go to the detective with this."

"And why not?" I cocked my hip.

"You had to break into their computer to get this." Jungkook hissed, taking a step closer. "You could get arrested for that."

I snickered low as I shook my head once, drifting my eyes down to the floor. "It was technically breaking and entering, yes, but I wouldn't get arrested."

"Last I checked breaking and entering was considered illegal here."

"It is." I nodded with a smirk. "But, for one, no one has pressed any charges. Two, there is no physical evidence that I broke into their building. I have all their information, sure, but I honestly could have gotten that anywhere. Three, I highly doubt Miss. Detective will take my petty theft over something like this."

Jungkook slowly narrowed his look. "You've really thought about this."

"I'm smarter than you, remember?" I called over my shoulder as I made my way to the elevator.

He quickly came up from behind. "I always forget how devious you can be since you don't hate me anymore."

"Aren't you so glad I like you now?" I gave him a smug look.

"Yes." He said in a childish voice as he grabbed at my cheeks.

Before I could bat him away, his phone started going off in his pocket. He let go with a light chuckle and slipped out his phone from his pocket, tilting his head as he looked at what must have been a text message.

"What is it?" I asked at his sudden change of mood.

"My dad." He said simply, texting back quickly. "He conveniently want's to meet. I'll tell him that we are going to the police station, and that he can meet us there."

"He might want to talk to you privately." I said quietly, still a little uncomfortable around Jungkook's father.

"Even so you can wait in the other room." Jungkook gave me a look. "We are both going to my apartment, what's the point in you going five minutes before me?"
