Starting Over Again [Sequel to The Roommates]

Chapter 1

Luke's POV:

We were excited to see Serenity today! She called us the other day and she told us she's coming back here for university. I'm so excited to see her again! We've missed her after she left last year... But now she's actually coming back! Wow.. I'm really excited but I'm sure the other boys are too especially Ash- oh wait. Shit! I forgot Ash has that new cake-face of a girlfriend. She is really annoying and really really REALLY needy. Me, Mike and Cal don't like to be there when she's with Ash. But we have to be nice so yeah... Speaking of Cal and Mike I need to wake them up. "CALUUUM!! WAKE UP!!!" I jumped on his bed. "WHAAAT!!" He groaned turning over.

"We need to pick up Serenity at the airport today!" I said. He shot up, "Wait what? Oh shit! Oh yeah!" He said standing up immediately. "I'll go wake up Mike" Cal said & left. I walked out to the living room & saw Ashton watching tv. I sat down next to him. "Serenity's coming back today" I said "Wasn't she suppose to come back over summer?" Ash asked & looked at me "Yeah, but, she said she had to stay over summer because her aunties, uncles, & cousins were visiting her over summer & staying there till summer was over" I replied.

"I bet she was lying" he said "Ash, you know she doesn't lie" I replied "She does" he replied "Not" I finally said. "Whatever" he said "You're coming to the airport to see Serenity right?" I asked "No" he replied "Why not?" I asked "Hanging out with my girlfriend today" he replied "Again? You always hangout with her" I replied as he received a text message. "Gotta go now, bye" he said & left the apartment. Cal & Mikey came out. "Ready to go guys?" I asked "Yeah" they both said at the same time "Where's Ash?" Cal asked.

I sighed. "He's hanging out with his girlfriend again" I said "Again?" Cal asked as I nodded. "Man, Serenity's gonna be crushed" Mikey said. "Luke, you have the keys right?" Cal asked "Yeah" I replied spinning the keys on my finger "Well then, we should get going. Serenity could be there any minute" Mikey said. The three of us started driving to the airport. Michael was driving while me & Calum were sleeping. Few hours later, we made it to the airport. We got outside the car & went inside the airport. We saw a plane landing. We sat down & waited for Serenity to show up.

"Luke, Cal, Michael-?" we heard a familiar voice say as we turned around. Standing before us was Serenity. "Serenity!" the three of us yelled & ran up to her & gave her a huge hug. "Um, you guys are squishing me.." she said sounding a little suffocated "Sorry" we said "We're just really happy to see you again!" I replied & gave her another hug as Cal & Mike gave her another hug to. "Where's Ashton?" she asked looking at all of us "Oh, um- about Ashton.. We have to tell you that-" Michael covered my mouth "He was still tired" he replied "Oh" she replied "Yeah, don't worry. You'll see him when we get home" he replied "Oh, okay" she said & smiled.

"Cal, why don't you walk Serenity to the car?" Michael asked "Okay" Cal replied "Let's go Serenity" he added & started walking her to the car. "Dude, why won't you let me tell her?" I asked "We're in the middle of the airport, do you really want her to break down here?" Mikey asked "No, good thinking" I replied "Yeah" he replied "We should at least tell her when we get home" he added "Okay" I replied. When we made it out of the airport there were a lot cars honking. Serenity looked at us. "Did you guys really park in front of the airport? It's drop off, not pick up" she said "Haha.. No.." I replied "Get in the car" I said quickly & put her luggage in the trunk & went inside the car & quickly drove away.

"Hey, Ren, are you hungry?" I asked "I told you not to call me Ren!" she complained "Haha, okay, okay" I replied "Are you hungry?" I asked "Yes" Michael & Calum said. "Serenity?" I said "Yes" she replied "Okay, what do you want guys want to eat?" I asked. They all looked at Serenity. "Umm, In-N-Out!" she said & smiled "Haha, okay" I replied. We stopped at In-N-Out & ate. After that, we went to our apartment. We all came back to our apartment all smiley & laughy. "Serenity, there's something we need to tell you" I said "What?" she asked & smiled "It's about Ashton, he's-" the door opening cut me off. Ashton came inside with his girlfriend next to him, holding hands. Ashton & Serenity looked at each other. While we were all frozen.
