When I get home I sit down on my couch. Today was fascinating I think. All those teens definitely went to my school but I've never seen the boy with electric blue eyes and what was I feeling today?
I try shaking the thoughts out of my mind but they keep coming back. I need something to distract me but what? Maybe I'll read a book. I laugh, nahh.
I pull my phone out of my pocket when it begins buzzing.
Hmm unknown number.
I answer the phone, "Hello?"
"Jasper?"
"Maybe? Who is this?" I ask looking around. Honestly this is a bit creepy.
Then the man on the other line just hangs up. Okay this is really creepy.
I don't know why but all of a sudden I grow very heavy.
I set my phone down and I stand up, I want to hit something. I clench my fist and I take a deep breath. No that's a lie, I want a hit someone.
I don't know know who though.
This is one of the reasons I hate myself. I get mad easily for no reason at all.
I punch the wall hard leaving a hole the size of my fist. I'll need to repair it some other time but not now. I punch the wall again but this time I feel my wrist pop.
I sit down and I groan loudly. That probably wasn't the smartest idea in the world. I look down at my wrist and I sigh. That doesn't look very healthy. Its turning purple and it hurts really bad.
Wow I should probably go to the emergency room. I bend my wrist back a bit as I wince. Why did I think that was a good idea?
I stand up and I sigh loudly.
I grab my phone and I begin dialing my grandpa's phone number. He answers pretty quickly, "Hey Jasper whats up?"
"Hey I need you to drive me somewhere."
He laughs, "Sorry Jasper but I'm meeting with a bunch of other Alpha's today. Can it wait until tomorrow?"
I sigh, "No Gramps, Its whatever. I'll ask someone else."
"Okay. Sorry Jasper but I have to go."
I end the call and I enter Sean's number, as much as I don't want to ask a drunk to drive me around I have no other choice. Everyone else I know who has a car is doing something else today, I rather not call my parents, and I spent all my money today on random things like clothes and food.
I put the phone to my ear and I begin walking around.
He answers after a couple rings, "What doooo you wantt?"
He had to be drunk. I've literally been separated from him for like twenty minutes.
"Never mind."
I almost instantly end the phone call and I slam my phone on the ground. I bend over and I grab it before shoving it in my pocket. I grab my keys and I walk out of my apartment clenching my wrist to my chest.
I make my way down the stairs and out of my apartment. I slam into someone so I fall to the ground landing on my wrist.
I let out a sharp yelp, "MOTHER FUCKER!"
Someone on the other side of the road looks at me funny but they just continue walking down the road.
I turn around and I look at the person who I bumped into. Its electric eyes.
He goes to help me up but I jerk away.
He shakes his head, "I'm sorry! Did I do that to your wrist?"
I sigh and I stand up, "No uh you didn't. I was already on my way to the hospital when we bumped in each other."
"Do you have a ride because I take you if you want." He says smoothing his hair.
"Oh no its fine. I would hate to impose."
He shakes his head, "No no I insist my car is only a little bit away. I was visiting my friend, she lives in the apartment building you live in."
"She?" I don't know why but I felt a pang of jealousness.
He smiles, "Come on lets go before it gets dark out."
I sigh and I begin following him down the street. I don't know why but I think I'm attracted to him.
I'm not gay though, so shut up mind.
