The question of the day... or night lol, what would you have said yes or no???

Hugs everyone!

I hope you enjoy Liana's response!

He turned his body around and walked swiftly up to me, more determined more like the Harley I grew to love. His chest was moving in and out from his labored breathing, he appeared as if he just ran the marathon. His eyes were hopeful as said something I never expected to come out of his mouth, "Marry me!"

"Marry you!" I responded completely in shock."

Did you just ask me to marry you?" I said still attempting to process the information.

He responded in a determined voice, "Yes!"

I stood in front of him dumbstruck. I stepped back needing more space. My stomach had buried itself somewhere underneath the soil I had been standing on. I stuttered terribly. My words had come out barely understandable, "Harley, th-th-that's impossible. W-w-we can't!"

He eyebrows furrowed as he asked, "Why not?"

I paced to the left and back to the right several times. All the while flinging my hands around like a mad woman. I yelled, "Well, geeeee I don't know!"

Harley, just stood there allowing me to burn a hole in the bottom of my shoes. He asked angrily, "So, let me get this straight, you can't come up with a single reason as to why it would be a bad idea, am I correct?"

I stopped pacing and yelled, "Well, of course, I can!"

He threw his hands up in the air gesturing me to throw him a proper reason- anything that would justify we shouldn't, "Fine! Let's hear it!"

I mimicked him with my arms and yelled, "Fine!"

I folded my hands under my armpits, tapping my foot on the ground. Seconds passed by. Too many seconds. My mind remained and had gone completely empty.

He crossed his arms angrily and asked, "See! You have nothing! Nothing at all!"

Eventually, my reasoning and the rational part of the brain returned. I tucked my hair behind my ear and said defensively, "Okay! Fine! We are still in high school for one!"

He threw his hands up and said, "We will be graduating in three months! What's the big deal, Liana?"

I wave two fingers in his face, "Okay! Number two! We have NO money! We have to have money to get married and live together, AND you know as well as I do, your dad will not allow me to shack up in your bedroom!"
