The next morning, I awoke upon a soft mattress wearing a grey t-shirt and matching pair of boxers. I was warm and safe and wrapped tightly in a man's arms. My eyes open wide, I realize that I'm not alone. I realize that I'm not alone.

I gently attempted to move his arm. The tightened muscles protruding from his biceps didn't help much. He was determined not to let me go. I felt the sweet mumbles tickle the back of my neck as the man groaned in protest by my small movement. The temperature within the room was set at sixty-eight degrees Fahrenheit, but with him laid next to me, it felt like one-hundred degrees, maybe more.
"You are putting out a lot of heat!" I fussed as I tilted my head to the side. It was not the perfect view that I wanted, but it would have had to do for the time being.
I whispered, "Get up, Harley."
"Mmmph," he groaned, "nooot... reeeady."
He nuzzled his cold nose against the back of my neck and pulled me closer. I rolled my eyes, "Harley, I know you're awake," I pushed against his arm. "now move it!"
"Alright! Alright!" He said as he removed his arm from me.
I rolled over onto my side and stared into his beautiful eyes there were smiling devilishly into mine. He flipped over onto his back and rested his arms behind his neck.
"I knew you were awake," I said in a matter of fact tone.
He raised his eyebrow, "Oh? What gave me away?"
I pulled the sheet off me as I attempted to take away any extra layers of heat, "Because, if you were really asleep you would be snoring."
He placed his hand upon his chest and said, "I don't snore! Ewww!"
He snickered, "Wait a minute...you have watched me sleep?"
My cheeks became warm. I was embarrassed that he caught on to my guilty pleasure. I rolled back onto my opposite side. I didn't want to face him anymore.
I stare off towards the stone white wall. There was a picture of Mr. Bernstein and James when they were younger fishing from a pier with the sun setting over the calm water and their content smiles.
