Chapter 8

"I knew you could do it, congratulations" Vikk tells me as we walk out off the gym

"I did not actually think I would get in."

"you were better than most off the other boys in there, you were great"

"thank you for making me do this" I smile at Vikk

"no problem, you did all the hard work" he tells me and then we just decide to go for some ice-cream to celebrate. I can't wait to tell my mom about this, she loves that Rosie is on the cheerleading team, so I hope she will be just as supportive off me joining a team as well, we then both order our milkshakes and walk to the park to drink it, it's such good weather outside so why not make the most out off the day, then we see the football team, I see Simon there and he is all smiles, he is so good looking and I can't stop staring at him

"are they all on the football team?" I whisper to Vikk as I look over to the boys who are just walking across the field, kicking a football.

"no, just Simon, Tobi and Chris are on the team, but the rest is not"

"what are there names?" I ask, I can still pass it off like I'm trying to learn new names in the school, but to be honest, I'm just a little bit jealous off how close one off the taller blonde guys in with Simon.

"that is Cal, he is called Freezy"

"why?"

"his mother went to the south pole to study penguins"

"that is such a stupid reason for a nickname" I say as I laugh

"yeah well, it just kinda stuck to him, mainly because off the black haired boy there behind him, his name is also Cal"

"I see"

"then there are JJ, who is the dark skinned one, and then Ethan and Josh" Vikk points me to each one, trying to make it not obvious that we are looking at them, but JJ notices us

"HEY, WHAT ARE YOU POINTING AT?" he calls over and my face just goes red as he and Simon walk over, Cal and Josh walk behind them, the rest stay behind

"nothing, he is new, and he recognized you from the school and asked me to tell him your names" Vikk said, he looks scared off JJ and for good reason, Vikk is half the size off JJ

"you play football new kid?" JJ asks as he faces me, but I just shake my head

"I can see your gym bag, what sport are you in?" Simon then asks me, his tone is much sweater and his voice just keeps flowing trough my head, I love his voice, how can he have the perfect voice and perfect face

"cheer" I finally chocked out.

"so you are gay then?" JJ asks me and I just stare at him in shock before I stand up and run off.

"WAIT!" I hear someone call after me, but I'm not gonna turn around and look who it is, I thought it might have been Simon, but I don't want him to see me cry, I've never been asked strait out like that if I'm gay or not, I've not told anyone either. I run inside my house and strait to my bedroom, where I throw myself at my bed and I start to cry.
