The Beginning

The First of Our Vacation

"Lets just leave her in the car." Kian whispered while they all laughed.

"Shhhh we don't want her to hear us." Jc said trying to hold in his laugh.

"Lets do it! Is she awake?" I heard Sam utter.

"Of course shes not stupid!" Connor said.

"All of you shutup! Devyn? Get up!" I heard Kinley say from the backseat.

I slowly opened my eyes.

"You guys are all so kind." I pronounced.

"Did you hear us?" Ricky asked.

"Oh every word." I beamed.

"Oh." Ricky chuckled.

We walked into the hotel to check in.

"Hi. Kevin Dinevali." I said using my dads name to the clerk behind the counter.

"Oh yes. Room 643. Heres your room key. Enjoy your stay." She replied with a sweet soft tone.

"Thank you." I replied with a smile.

We started to walk to the elevator. When we walked in Trevor slammed his hand on all the buttons. They all giggled while Kinley and I looked at each other and rolled our eyes. We finally got to the 6th floor and looked at the numbers on the wall.

"Its to the right." Kian stated.

"Thank you captain obvious!" Kinley sent him a glare.

We walked down the hall when we spotted the room. I slid the room key into the door until the green light on the knob lit up. I turned the gold knob and opened the door to see an amazing room. Everybody mounded into the room over me as I followed behind. I look over to Jc who was already sinking into the bed.

"Yup this ones definitely mine!" He exclaimed.

Connor threw his stuff onto the bed next to Jc's. "I call this one!" He declared.

"Before I don't have a bed me and Kinley will share this one." I proclaimed.

Sam threw himself on top of Jc. "Lets shaaarrree!!" He grinned.

"Ricky your with me!" Kian shouted.

"Trevvvyyyy! Get over here." Connor smiled.

This was definitely going to be the best trip ever.

"Anybody up for a swim?!" Trevor requested.

"Yeah!" We all yelled in reply.

I grabbed my black and white polka dot bathing suit from my suit case and ran to the bathroom before anyone else had the chance. I stripped down and slid the bathing suit over my body. I left my hair down and walked out of the bathroom. As I walked out Ricky, Trevor, and Connor all raced to the bathroom. Kinley and Kian were already dressed. I slid my sandals on and sat on the bed next to Sam.

"Ugh you suck!! HURRY!" Trevor and Connor yelled at Ricky as they banged on the door.

When everybody was ready we headed down to the pool. They had a bunch of pool noodles laying near the gate. Sam went and grabbed them and threw one to each of us. Kian got on Connor's shoulders and glared at Jc.

"Oh god.." Jc sighed but letting out a little chuckle.

He climbed on to Ricky's shoulders and they took the pool noodles and started to nail each other with them. Kinley and I sat in the jacuzzi and watched the boys fool around.

"How are you and Connor?" I asked Kinley.

"Its not like were going out." She beamed.

"Yeah but you guys seem to be getting closer?" I stated.

"Well great I guess." She exclaimed.

Sam hopped out of the pool and ran over to the jacuzzi.

"Hey!" He grinned while kneeling down on the sidewalk next to me.

"Hi?" I squinted as the sun was shining in my eyes.

"You haven't talked to me much today. Come swim with me!" He said tugging at my arm.

I climbed out of the jacuzzi and he held a tight grip on my hand as we jumped into the pool together. As my head was rising out of the water I moved my hair out of my face. Sam smiled at me and rested his hands gently on my cheeks. I smiled back and leaned in as if I were going to kiss him. I quickly pulled away.

"You're gonna have to catch me!" I yelled swimming away.

{SAMS POV}

I felt like I was falling in love with her more every second. I shot her a smile and climbed out of the pool. I got close enough to the point where I could grab her hand. I reached for her hand and spun her into my arms.

"You lose." I beamed.

I caressed her supple cheek and lifted her chin. Our noses were nearly touching as I pressed my lips against hers. The kiss was long and gentle. It made me feel like the luckiest guy to have someone like her. She pulled away slowly.

"It was good but not good enough." I delivered.

{DEVYNS POV}

It was cute to see him glare at me.

We decided that we were going to get dressed and head over to six flags. It was only 2:00 p.m. so we had plenty of time.

I grabbed my aztec crop top and my short shorts along with my navy blue vans that matched the color of the stripe on my shirt. I took a quick shower so we could have more time to spend there. I dried my body trying to get every drip of water that I could. When I was dry enough I applied my clothes following with mascara and eyeliner. I then blow dried my hair and quickly straightened it. It didn't take that long considering that my hair is pretty much straight but my hair does go frizzy. I ambled out of the bathroom and let everyone finish. By the time we were all done it was 3:00.

"We all ready to go?" I interrogated.

They all nodded in agreement. We all ran down and stocked up in the car. As we arrived we purchased our tickets and headed straight to superman.

"Oh no no no no no." Connor feared.

"What?!" I cross-examined.

"He got stuck on the ride for an hour one time. Hasn't been on it since." Kian snickered.

I bursted out laughing.

"Your scared that you will get stuck and never get down?"

"Ugh Ok I'll go." He declared.

The line wasn't very long luckily. Within 5 minutes it was already our turn.

Connor screamed like no other and none of us couldn't help but laugh. The ride had come to and end and we stopped to see what ride we should go on next.

"Hey guys want ice cream?" Connor yelled.

We were right in front of a band and it was kinda hard to hear.

"Yeah sure!" I shouted back.

Sam and I decided to share a sundae. We sat down at our own table. He took his spoon and got a scoop and fed it to me.

"Oh my god! Thats amazing." My mouth was watering.

"Here try!" I said feeding him a scoop.

"That is so good!" He replied with a little pause between the so and the good.

"Devyn?"

"Yeah!" I responded.

"I love you." You could see the fear in his eyes.
