I handed the movie back to him and he put it in the dvd player. I smiled at how kind he was. It was depressing each day to know that I forgot someone who loved me so much. I honestly wish I could remember but I don't and the thought makes me uncomfortable.

Once he put the movie in he sat down in the chair against the window. I stared at him awkwardly until he noticed. I looked away and took a bite of my sandwich.

"Lets go out for a walk?" Sam suggested when the movie ended.

"Ok."

I got up out of my bed and we left out to the roof and stared at the flowers surrounding the perimeter.

"I remember Sam. I now remember everything. All of it." I said after we sat down.

He cupped my cheek in his hand and kissed me intimately.

I woke up breathing heavily and slammed the red button next to my bed. The pain hurt as it carried throughout my body. I screamed loud and my pupils started to dilate. I breathed heavy and my body started to shake. A nurse walked in. My vision was blurry so I couldn't see anything.

{NURSES POV}

"Devyn!" I screamed when I walked in.

I rushed out of her room.

"Wheres Dr. Allison?!" I shouted.

The nurse behind the desk picked up the phone and called down Dr. Allison.

I ran towards a dark room and fumbled through the drawer to pick up 3 emergency syringes.

I picked up a bottle full of a liquid and tried to stick the syringe in. I finally got all 3 full of the liquid and I started back towards the room when I bumped into Dr. Allison.

"Dr. Allison! This way its Dinevalli. Devyn Dinevalli."

He followed behind me.

We walked into the room and she was worse than before. Shaking more furiously.

I injected a shot into her right arm. It was calm in the lobby and you couldn't hear anything except for the monitor beeping rapidly and the jerking of the bed.

"Inject another into her left arm." Dr. Allison demanded.

I did as he said but nothing worked. I looked at her heart rate it was at a 42 far out of the heart range of a 60-80.

"42 Dr. Allison." I shouted.

"Inject the last into her left leg." He demanded once more. She was calmer this time but because she was dying not because it was under control.

"36 Dr. Allison." I said slower this time.

"Im sorry Devyn." He announced.

I knew what that meant.

"Get the shot." Dr. Allison pronounced.

I wiped a tear from my eye and did as I was told.

I ran back in the room and injected the last shot near her heart.

I waited for something, for hope. After 15 seconds you could hear nothing but the heart monitor letting off a long beep. I was too late.
