More Rain

Rain,
Sprinkling,
Misting,
Hazed,
Like emotions,
Drizzling,
Slowly trickling,
Slowly building,
And building,
Falling,
Getting heavier with every passing moment,
Building,
Pouring,
Heavily,
Dowsing the earth and her people,
Eroding the past,
Washing away all transgressions,
Wiping the pain away,
Cold rain,
Cutting to the bone like razor knives,
Tearing savagely away at our flesh,
Exposing all our hidden secrets,
Drowning them,
And washing them away,
Into the light to die,
As the rain passes,
And the storm is over,
We are once again renewed,
Risen anew,
From our former stage,
And live on.......

*Note: just had to make another rain poem, this one being fresh off the top of my head. I'm pleasantly surprised at this one.
