Zoey was there, standing in front of us, her phone at hand. She looked like she just saw a ghost.

"Zoey, hey," Ty greeted. "What are you doing here?"

She didn't answer straight away. She held up her phone; it displayed her recent calls list, an outgoing call to Tyrone highlighted at the top of the list. She started to speak, her voice trembling, "You... didn't hang up... and...I―."

"Did I?" he fetched his phone from his pocket, and, sure enough, we saw the call from his log, lasted fifteen minutes. Fifteen, I have a feeling of deja vù, but I don't recall as to why.

"I... I..." she couldn't finish her sentence.

Yet Tyrone caught on to what she wanted to say. "Wait, did you hear us? Our conversation?"

She stared at the ground with cloudy eyes.

"I told you to cut it out," I reminded them angrily. "What did I tell you?"

"It's like... my dream." she weakly squeaked.

"What?" we said.

"Nothing," she stated. She began to get agitated. She sniffed, "You... you guys are so immature. A kid's game, are you... are you kidding me? Over me?"

"Sorry, it's a thing we always do, doing something foolish for fun―."

"Fun? You think that's fun? Do you know how I feel about this?"

He stepped closer to Zoey, saying compassionately, "Look, I'm really sorry. It was stupid, I know."

I said that. Stop stealing my line, you traitor.

"You think you can settle over with a game of rock, paper, scissors to see who gets me. I am not a prize."

See? I'm the one with common sense here, from the three of us.

"If anything, I'll decide for myself. I'll decide who to love, who to date, who to kiss, who to end up with. I don't even want anyone yet. You can't change my feelings, you can't decide on my behalf."

We all felt guilty. No doubt. I hope the two brothers have learnt their lesson. We all stood in silence, our faces blushing deep red.

"I'll be on my way now," I muttered, scratching my head. "I'll go." I headed towards the relay of buses nearby. Zoey soon followed after, leaving the Rimsons, they themselves walking inside their building.

I'll have to write all of this on my notebook.

Don't forget to vote. Pretty please. Pretty, pretty please.
