A couple of days have passed since Beth's death, nobody's the same. A lot has happened too. When we came back from the hospital, Michonne, Carl, Gabriel, and the kids all stood outside the church, with walkers on the inside. Some walkers started to corner them but we took care of it. We decided to head to Washington as a group now. But before we did, Tyreese and Rick took Noah to Virginia to see if his family was still there and they had been killed, the whole camp. Tyreese got bite and died to and now Sasha won't talk to anyone. We've been driving on the road for days. I sat in the back with the others while, Daryl and Rick sat up front.

"I think we need to stop and take a break." I said to Rick. He looked at me through the review mirror, and then nodded his head. We pulled over to the side of the road and we all got out to stretch. Bailey got and immediantly started running around.

"Bailey stay close and quiet, understood?" I asked, Bailey nodded his head. He was maybe eight now. He's grown so much he uses a gun too and a knife. He also goes hunting with Daryl sometimes. Neveah is a couple of weeks old now and she eats a lot. I walked out of the van and stretched a little then turned around and grabbed Neveah from her car seat and laid her on the floorboard so I could change her diaper and clothes. After I changed her I fed her from her bottle and then placed her back in her car seat when she fell asleep.

"Bella we are gonna try and find some water, do you wanna come?" Daryl asked.

"Yeah let me tell bailey first." I said. I could still see the sadness in  his eyes and hear the pain in his voice.  I found bailey playing with a rock and stick and rubbed his back,

"Hey buddy me and daddy are gonna go look for some water, we will be right back." I said he nodded his head and kissed my cheek.

"Take care of your sister for me." I told him and he said he would. I followed Maggie, Daryl, and Sasha into the woods.

"Maggie you head North, Sasha you head East, I'll head south, Daryl you guy west. Only go a mile out and then we meet back up at the highway. Be back before dark. Fire a single gunshot if you run into trouble." I said they all nodded and we went our separate ways. I had walked about an hour and decided to head back but to west and find Daryl on the way. I walked another hour before I found him headed back to the highway. I catch up to him and make my presence known before he kills me.

"Did you find anything?" I asked. He just shook his head no.

"Same." I said quietly. We walked back in silence and ended up catching up with Sasha and Maggie. When we make it back to the highway we announce that we found nothing and Rick signals that we need to get moving so we pack up into the vehicles and start to go until the van runs out of gas. Rick groans in frustration and we unload from the van again. I go to the back of the van and grab the baby back pack and Maggie offers to take her I nod my head and Neveah to her. Rick has Judith and Bailey walks between Carl and Rick. Judith starts to cry and Bailey starts complaining he's hungry.

"Im gonna go forage for some food." Daryl says.

"I'll go with." I said, he nods his head and we head into the woods. We walk in the woods a little bit when I decide to break the silence. I grabbed a knife that I had with me, it was Beth's she gave it to me when I first came to the farm. She said every girl should be able to protect themselves. I smiled at the memory. I grabbed Daryl's shoulder and he stopped. I walked in front of him and looked at him.

"Here this was Beth's she gave it to me a week after we were on the farm. I want you to have it. It's OK to mourn Daryl. No ones gonna judge you." I said giving him a hug. I walked off in the other direction and looked for some food.  I hadn't found anything so i went to look for Daryl and I found him by a barn with a cigarette, but what I saw afterwards killed me. It killed me to watch him put that cigarette out on his hand. To see him cry broke my heart. I ran to him and just held. He cried so hard and clutched to me for dear life. I've never seen him like this and killed me too. We sat there for an hour til he calmed down and then we headed back to the highway. But before we came out of the woods completely, I stopped and brought his open palm that he had burnt to my lips and kissed it tenderly. I kissed his lips passionately and then we rested our foreheads together.

"I'm here baby, I always will be. I'm not going anywhere." I said.  He nodded his head against mine and then kissed me one more time on the lips and then grabbed my hand and we finished walking to the highway. We met back up on the highway with the others. We stopped in the middle of the highway when we saw bottles of water just sitting in the the road the had a sign on them that read 'from a friend'. We all instantly came into attack mode. We all gathered in formation with our guns raised and looking around at our surroundings.

"It could be a trap." Rick points out.

"But it could also not be." Eugene argues. They argue back and forth about it we should drink it or not. Eugene grabs a jug of water and starts to drink it when Abraham slaps the water from his hands. We all stood silently not knowing what to say or do. Suddenly the sky sounds with thunder and the rain starts to pour. We all laugh and smile, taking in the good tasting water. I looked at Daryl and smiled a real smile at each other. We met half way and he kissed me in the rain, passionately. I smiled into the kiss and we both looked up. The rain started to get more violent and Daryl told Rick about the barn, that we could use as shelter.  When we get to the barn, we secure it and begin settling in for the night. I laid down in the corner of the barn somewhere all cuddled up in a ball freezing cold. Daryl came over sometime later and laid next to me. I curled into his side instantly,

"Oh my God Bella your freezing." Daryl murmured, all I could do was chatter my teeth. He laid his poncho over the both of us. I finally fell asleep after that. I woke up again though later when the storm got worse. I looked to the door and some of our people were trying to keep the door closed. I jumped up and tried to help and then more people came over. Sometime after the storm stopped we all passed out. We woke up later that morning, I watched as Sasha and Maggie left together. We didn't really do much that morning just kept watch. Maggie and Sasha walked in with big smiles on their faces,

"Guys we have someone for you to meet." Maggie said. Out stepped a man behind her and instantly everyone's guns were up.

"My names Aaron and I have good news." The man said.
