We all worked hard. We had started making weapons, from our clothes and things from inside the cart. Rick heard shuffling outside the cart and looked out to see them coming towards us,
"Remember go for the eyes and then the throat." Rick said as we all stood up ready to fight, they wanted me to wait in the back so I didn't have to do to much since I was pregnant.
"We need you all to put your backs against the wall." A voice spoke loudly. None of us moved we mostly stayed by the door ready. The top of the cart opened and a can dropped in. We all looked at it.
"Move." Abraham yelled. Daryl grabbed and threw me to the ground putting his body over mine to protect me. We all heard the gas release and it became harder to stay awake.
~~~~~~~~~~~
I woke up to see the walls of the dark train cart. I looked around to see bodies on the floor. I crawled to Carl and checked for a pulse and breathe. I shook his shoulders,
"Carl, Carl wake up. Carl." Carl fluttered his eyes open and then looked at me. I looked around to see if everyone was still here, but they weren't. Glenn, Bob...Rick...and Daryl they were all gone. Everybody else started waking up.
"Where is everyone?" Maggie asked.
"They took 'em. They took Rick, Daryl, Glenn, and Bob." I said blankly.
"What do we do now." Rosita started panicking.
"We need to keep doing what we were. Finish making weapons, they're gonna come back for us." I said. Carl paced back and forth in the back of the train cart, and everybody else got back to work. I stood in the front keeping watch through the little peep hole. They gotta come back, they just do.
"Come on kid why don't you help and stop wondering." Abraham said rudely. I glared at him, warning him to stop but he just shrugged.
"My dad's coming back." Carl said.
"Kid face it he's probably dead." Abraham said. I looked at Abraham and walked up to him, I smack him in the face and looked him dead in the eyes.
"Don't you dare say that, especially to him. They will be back all of them and when they are we need to be ready to go." I said glaring him dead in the eyes while he rubbed his cheek. I turned around and walked back to the peep hole. I grabbed the wall for balance when I felt the ground shake and heard a loud boom. I looked through the hole to see an explosion and then I heard gun fire.
"What's going on out there?" Maggie asked.
"Someone blew up the propane tank, they're under attack." I said back.
"Everyone be ready to fight." I said, we were gonna get outta here. We all lined the wall and I heard a commotion outside and spoke to the group,
"On me." I said. The cart door swung open and I looked out about to attack but stopped when i saw Rick looking at us.
"Come on we don't have much time. Everybody stay together and follow me." Rick said we all filed outta the train cart and followed behind Rick, none of us had weapon so we had to rely on them and stay very close. We made it to the fence and hopped over. We ran to the spot with the weapons and Rick dug them up.
"We need to go back and finish them off." Rick said.
"The fences are down." Maggie tried reasoning.
"They'll run or die." My mom said appearing behind us. I never thought I'd be happy to see her. I turned around and ran to her hugging her.
"Oh my gosh Bella you've gotten huge." My mom said looking down at my stomach. I looked up and grinned nodding my head.
"Come on I have a surprise for you guys." My mom said. We followed mom to a cabin that was in the woods, I saw Tyreese come out of the cabin when he saw us, he had Judith in his arms and somebody behind him. I looked around him to see my little ball of light and joy.
"MOMMY!" Bailey yelled running to me. I opened my arms and held him tight.
"DADDY!" Bailey yelled when he saw Daryl behind me. Daryl chuckled and picked him up/
"I've missed you guys so much. Grandma told me we would find you and she was right." Bailey said squeezing Daryl's neck. Rick and Carl were on their knees crying as they held Judith for dear life.
Rick stood up and gathered himself,
"We need to get moving. we need to be as far as possible from this place." Rick said. Rick picked Judith up and walked with her in his arms. We all followed after Rick and headed towards the railroad tracks. As we walked down the railroad tracks that would lead us somewhere we saw a sign that read, 'Sanctuary for all, those who arrive survive.' Rick walked to the sign and scooped up some clay from the ground and smeared it on all the words but sanctuary. Above the word sanctuary he wrote no. Now the sign read 'No Sanctuary.' We finished walked down the railroads that would lead us somewhere. We weren't sure where but it was ok because we were together which meant we were strong then before.
