Four Walls and a Roof-46

Me and Bailey had only got maybe thirty minutes of sleep before, Rick comes in and wakes me up.

"Come out here please." Rick said with a worried look on his face. I nodded my head and carefully shifted my body so that Bailey remained asleep on the couch. I rubbed my eyes and walked out the door seeing almost everyone standing in a circle discussing quietly, they looked at me and I looked back confused,

"What?" I asked joining them in the circle. 

"Daryl, Carol, and Bob are missing." Rick said quietly and then looked to the ground. 

"Where are they? How long have they been missing?" I asked all these questions coming to mind like bullets shooting at the enemy. No one said anything.

"Who's been watching us?" I said deadly, while looking right at Gabriel. He looked at me surprised. 

"Daryl saw someone, who is it?!" I yelled this time getting closer to the priest. 

"I don't know what you are talking about." He said backing up scared. I gave him a warning look and he still said nothing, I shook my head and lunged at him. Tyreese grabbed my waist pulling me back but being gentle, as to not hurt the baby. 

"Bella cool off, We will figure this out." Rick demanded pinching the bridge of his nose. I walked to the other side of the room and Rick started questioning Gabriel some more. He talked about how he left his congregation outside to be devoured by the walkers and I got frustrated. I pick the axe off the ground and began bringing it done on to the bench that I was just sitting. 

"Bella stop, your gonna hurt the baby." Maggie yelled running over to me. She grabbed my waist while Rick took the axe from me.

"Stop this isn't gonna solve anything. Your gonna hurt yourself or the baby. Your scaring Bailey. He needs you right now, so stop." Rick scolded me. I just huffed in frustration and ripped outta Maggie's grip. I walked to the back of the church to the office with the couch. I sat on the couch and tried to breathe and calm down. I couldn't take just sitting here any longer, I stood up and started grabbing my back when suddenly I got a really bad contraction and I had to grab the wall for support. I screamed out in pain and then I looked down to see that my water just broke. 

"Bella what's the matter?" Maggie asked as she came in the room.

"My water broke... the baby is coming." I said.

"Ok ok don't freak out just sit on the couch" She said, I nodded and we walked to the couch when another contraction came, and I screamed in pain again. 

"Guys quick. I need towels, water and Rick, I need Rick now!" Maggie yelled. Gabriel came in with water and Glenn came in with towels. Rick came in last.

"What do you need me to do?" He asked.

"You've helped Lori give birth... I need you to sit behind her and hold her hand, help her breathe rehularly. If your not doing something, keep thinking of a plan to find Daryl, Bob, and Carol. If your not doing that keep watch for walkers." Maggie demanded. Everyone went to their places and did as they were told. 

"Bella have you ever given birth before?" Maggie asked.

"No." I said in between gasp. I clenched my jaw and shut my eyes tight as I let out another painful scream. I clutched Rick's hand and dug my nails in his hands by accident.

"Shhh, it's ok Bella it'll all get better, just hang in there." Rick said whispering encouraging words in my ear while he rubbed my back and held my hand.

"Ok Bella when I tell you too I need you to push but you need to keep breathing too." Maggie explained. I nodded my head and she started counting.

"3!" She yelled over my screams, I push as hard as I could and this kept going, for a good hour.
