I awoke to the sound of pained screams, whimpering, and cries for help. Also the smell of blood, the ache in my head and this sharp pain in my stomach. I tried look around but I was trapped underneath something. I tried to use my strength to lift it off of me, but I couldn't seem to get it done, maybe I was too weakened from the wound but then I realized... I wasn't healing.
"Help! Help!" I yelled out, becoming more scared. I tried to listen, but I heard nothing but muffled voices that were to far away. What was happening to me?
"Well, well, well" Kai's taunting voice stopped me from moving as he now stood over me. "Look what we have here ... it's Aurora. The girl I thought was somewhat decent, the girl I kind of, maybe, had a little crush on. What did you manage to get yourself into?" He asks. There was something different about him, he was more ruthless than before which I didn't think was possible. I squirmed and tried to hide how afraid I was, I wasn't healing or able to use any of my vampire abilities. I shoved as hard as I could trying to push the pillar off of me but it was no use. I looked up at Kai helplessly.

"Yeah, you're probably wondering why you are not able to use that handy vampire strength, or even heal yourself ... yeah, that would be because of me. You see I have kind of been hanging around here all day, using a cloaking spell, which I can do because I am now a vampire and can syphon magic from myself constantly, which is great by the way" He laughs to himself, in a psychotic way. "And I happen to hear that you are actually considering giving this up to be human ... for that guy you seemed to be so crazy about, so I thought, you know since when I was around before I got left in that prison world to die ... when I thought we were friends. I thought I'd give you a taste of that life ... and I bet your regretting it right about now" He said before he used his foot to add more pressure to the structure that was currently crushing me. I screamed out in pain and could begin to taste blood in my mouth, my own blood.
"Kai, Kai please listen to me" I choked and mumbled harshly from the pain. "Kai, I had no idea they were going to do that, I never would have let them! I was telling you the truth when I said all those things to you, I seen good in you, Kai" I tried to reach through to him. I tried to, it was my only last hope.
"Yeah, you can spin it however you want it. I have kind of made the best of that whole situation ... I happened to make some new friends over there. So I'm happy ... and more powerful and I'm here to get my long deserved revenge... not on you, though, I do still kind of have a sweet spot for you. I actually want to help you... but we'll get to that later" He says before walking off. I could hear the chants from the Gemini coven, they were trying to put an end to this.
Matt's POV!
Bonnie and I had woken up after being nearly suffocated and attacked by Lily... and another unfortunate face we happened to see. Kai was out, he knocked us out and drained Bonnie of some of her blood. We had woken up in a panic and knew we needed to warm everyone but it seemed we were too late.
