Deana was on her way to work when she heard her phone chime, indicating that she had received a message. It was from her.  She quickly opened it to see instructions for her to pick up an outfit from the woman's apartment. She huffed in annoyance. Did Genesis think she was her damn maid, she thought?

On the other hand, it did provide her with the perfect opportunity to snoop around. She would be sure to report back to Mr W when she found something of use. With a cunning smile, Deana turned her car around to head over to Genesis's place.

When she got to the apartment, Deana remembered where Genesis had said she kept her spare key. Earning her trust was a difficult task, it took her months just to get her permission to call Genesis by her first name. It was as if she thought she was beneath her, like she was simply one of her employees. She was her business partner not her damn bitch, Deana thought. Genesis had no right to treat her the way she did.

She headed straight to the closet to find the clothing Genesis wanted. After that, she began to look around for anything unusual. Genesis was a complete neat freak, so Deana had to make sure to place everything back in its original position. The closet was the only place in the apartment she hadn't previously checked, so whatever Mr W had her looking for had to be in there.

She had been shuffling through her blazers when she caught the reflection of something on one of the silver buttons, but there was nothing reflective on the opposite side of the room. If she hadn't been wearing her glasses she would have missed it as it was so small.

Following the direction of the shimmer to the other side of the closet, Deana discovered an almost transparent switch of some kind was hidden behind a shoe rack which had moved slightly out of place while she'd been searching that side of the room. She wondered how she could have missed it. What concerned her more was the fact that Genesis even had a hidden switch in her closet in the first place.

Out of curiosity Deana pressed on it, but nothing happened. She tried again but there were still no results. Upon closer inspection she realised the switch had a fingerprint scanner on it. If Genesis had such high security installed in her closet of all places, then it meant that whatever she was hiding had to be incredibly important, she thought.

Deana quickly went into her recent calls and tapped on the first number she saw. After three rings, the person on the other end of the line picked up.

"Mr W, I found something." She said, buzzing with excitement as she hoped she would finally earn his approval.

"What have we got, love?" His charming voice responded, it made her weak every time he spoke.

"You are going to love this."

Genesis left work at nine that night, there was a fashion shoot coming up in a month's time, so the place was extremely hectic. The event was the perfect opportunity for a boutique on the rise to expand business and catch the eyes of valuable critiques as well as partnering companies.

When she reached her apartment, she could already tell something was wrong - she had that unnerving feeling you get when you know you're being watched. Cautiously, she opened the glove compartment of her car and retrieved the gun she had stashed in there, placing it in the waistband of her chinos.

Upon entering the apartment building, she had to make it seem as if she was unaware of anything suspicious, so she didn't tip off whomever it was that was watching her. There were cameras around every corner that were more than likely hacked into. The ride up the elevator was eerie. Genesis had been in situations like this many times before and had expected gas to come out of the air vents - or at least some type of trap to be set up - but nada.
