After leaving Deana sound asleep in her apartment, there was a final place that Genesis had to go. She pressed the button at the gate, receiving a buzz in response and pulled into the familiar pebbled driveway. In response to her knocking at the door, she detected shuffling noises and more than one voice coming from inside.

A couple of seconds later, two stunning identical twins stood gaping before her at the door, who could be none other than Dominic and Dimitri Soldati. Like Damon, they were at least six feet tall, brown hair and sharp jawlines. Good genes clearly ran in the family, she thought.

"Well, are you going to stand there staring all day? Will I have to invite myself in?" Genesis questioned. They hurriedly moved aside, allowing her to step into the house that she adored so much.

"You must be Genesis." One of them spoke. If she recalled correctly, Dominic had a beauty spot under his left eye, so it must have been Dimitri. Their eyes were slightly darker than Damon's, and hair more neatly cultivated. Damon always had that messy head of hair from constantly running his hands through it.

"Ah, so you've heard of me. And you are the two little brothers Damon has spoken so fondly of, yes?" She questioned, taking off her shoes and setting them down by the coat rack. She wouldn't dare to get a house like this dirty.

"That's us alright. Please, come in cupcake. Can I get you a drink?" Dominic questioned - he was clearly the flirtier one. Genesis kindly declined, she wasn't planning on staying for too long.

She followed them into the living room, a part of the house she hadn't yet ventured into seeing as the last time she was there she ended up narrowly escaping an extremely awkward situation. Much like the rest of the house, the interior of the living room was incredible.

All the furniture was wooden to match the hard wood floors, it provided the room with character instead of being plain white or full of metallic objects. There was a beautiful large portrait over the fireplace which also appeared to be real, rather than electric. The place gave off the homeliest vibe imaginable - Damon really was an amazing architect.

"Like what you see?" Dimitri asked, snapping Genesis out of her trance. He carried himself in a sophisticated manner. There was no swing in his step like Damon or small bounce like Dominic. He presented himself in a lot more of a formal way, as she did.

She offered him a small smile, catching on to the double meaning to his question. "I don't think I could ever get used to this place, to be fair." She replied, gently running her fingers over an antique armchair. One Soldati man in her life was already proving to be exhausting. Although Dimitri was undoubtedly attractive, Genesis did not need any more stress in her life so she swayed from entertaining the notion.

Before the conversation could progress any further, the sound of the front door opening reminded her of the reason she had made the trip over there in the first place. Her sweet distraction was Momentary as Damon's voice rang out from the other end of the hallway.

"Ragazzi! Whose shoes are these at the front door? I told you not to bring your flings to this house, that's what the apartment is for!" He complained as he turned the corner into the living room.

He stopped abruptly in his tracks when he met eyes with Genesis, who was unexpectedly standing in the middle of his living room with his brothers either side of her. "Oh, Genesis. What are you doing here?" His tone automatically grew softer as he swallowed, scratching the back of his messy hair.

"Definitely not one of your brothers' flings, that's for sure." She stated, walking towards him.

"Genesis." Dimitri's voice came from behind her. She turned her head over her shoulder to look back at him. "I hope to see you again soon." He continued with an arrogant smirk. Genesis' lips upturned as she suppressed a chuckle, she knew he was trying to patronize his older brother.
