Ariana's Pov
"Hello, and welcome to Cedars." The campy desk lady chirps making me want to punch her in the face, how can she be so happy at a time like this?

"Hi Aviana Alvarez." I quickly state with Ricky rubbing my back to calm me down. I have no patience what so ever right now and these pregnancy hormones are just raging off my body.

We just got here at the hospital and my mom called me to tell me that Wilder ended up taking some lady's milk and he's is now currently sleeping. Thank God!!

"Ummmm yes she's in the pediatric ward right now at level 4 room D-12." She tells me rapidly. She can tell I am one anxious mama bear by the tone I used.

I grab Ricky's hand and drag him to the nearest elevator. I know this hospital inside and out. It's where I have birth to both Aviana and Wilder, but I also come when my children are severely sick.

Noticing there was some paparazzi outside the hospital I made a mental note to call Star when he leave.

We make it in an elevator with an old woman. She looks to be around 75.

As we're waiting I smile at her, for she's been staring at me for a long period of time. I'm thinking she recognizes me from the media.

"I'm sorry if I'm making you feel uncomfortable but, I can't help but notice your beautiful baby bump." She breaks the silence making me smile in pride. Everyone does usually tell me how pregnancy suits me, I think otherwise.

"Thank you." I nod as I grab Ricky's hand.

"Is this your guys' first child?" She asks. A question that we always get from old people when I visit for my monthly check ups. Yet when I say no they look at me like I'm some kind of disgrace in society for having a kid at a young age.

Ricky and I shake our head no.

"No she's our third." I chirp making the lady gasp in disbelief.

I raise an eyebrow towards her. She's probably going to go all off on us about being young parents.

"Oh it's a girl! How precious." She coos hugging me.

I am taken back by her response. For the first time ever, she is the only one who didn't judge us.

I giggle hugging her back. It's amazing how a random person can just make your day feel good when it's not.

After a while I hear a ding and I let go of the old woman.

"Alrighty honey, take care of yourself and I wish you all the luck with your beautiful family." She departs from us as we make our way to the D wing of the level 4 section in the hospital.
